If you follow the BMC, then this is a natural follow up book. Great to do with all the people on your team and if you invest enough time with them through this process then it's quite remarkable what you come out with. Very happy I purchased it!

I think this lectura and work inside is a must read for every person, I've learned many about myself since the first chapter, I spend a bunch of paper working and discovering who I am, I think everybody must do the exercise very often.

This book helped me build this whole thing, and give me clear objectives, and a "map" of what I wanted to do with my life on the career level. It was both inspiring and reassuring and I can't stress enough how much it can help you if you're searching your path.

This is a good book with practical exercises that you can do. It’s easy to read and has lots of examples to help. Well worth the time investment to give yourself clarity and direction on where you want your life to go at this point in your life.
