Great items for electrical wiring repairs Still using them...not many connectors left but the wire cutter has turned out to be of good quality. Ill be purchasing another one.

This set has a ton of connectors and they worked really well for the job I got them for. I had a mouse chew through one of my Air Conditioner cables and totally fried the capacitor in the unit. I do have a picture of the mouse's backside hanging out which scared the heck out of me when I was working to service the unit (but thought it a bit much to share for this review). The connectors were rusty and shot, so I thought lets make it a bit better and replaced quite a few of them. I will say having a heat gun with the shrinkable sleeves would be a good addition to this kit. Overall this kit worked perfectly in getting the job done.

The tools seem great. Very heavy-duty and solid. The strippers worked well, as did the crimper. I did have some bad luck with the connectors themselves. I did 16 crimps on 16 gauge wire and 2 of them failed. A 12.5% failure rate is not what I was hoping for. I could understand 22 or 24 gauge wire failing the pull test using the red quick connectors (24-16 gauge rated), but 16 gauge? That's not good. The other 14 crimped solid. The heat shrinking worked great, and there was plenty of glue. For all the connectors that passed the pull test, I was VERY happy with the connection and the quality of the heat shrink. I feel they are watertight and VERY solid connections once heat shrunk. I like the double securing the heat shrink/glue gives you on top of the crimp itself. For the price, and the solidness of the 87.5% of the connectors that held, I'm pretty happy overall.

Love using this combo they work surprisingly good for an Amazon tool. Use them all the time on my beater

Very nice crimping tool set. Solid crimpers and excellent heat shrink connectors make crimping and sealing a breeze.

Wasn’t sure if I really needed this until I got. Let me tell you, I NEED it. Wish I would have invested in this way sooner. Build quality is phenomenal, the results are clean and consistent, and I really can’t find a complaint. Love it!

CANNOT FIND A SINGLE THING WRONG. This is an INCREDIBLE KIT!! The fact that 200 pc butt connectors usually go for around $20 and crimpers around $40... This kit for the price is a GREAT BUY!! The connectors appear to be high quality with nice printout on each showing which awg ranges and the Crimper itself VERY high quality. Using the crimper felt Very strong and quality. No flex.. felt very secure and all my connections so far have been ROCK SOLID! ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS KIT.

Beats pliers, gives a very strong bond if you have chosen the correct crimp/connectors…just the job!
