Good quality, true to size, very cute
I bought costumes early this year because the last few years it has been so hard to find the costumes the kids want closer to October. This is a good quality costume. It's easy to make costumes out of cheap materials but this appears well made and I like that it looks warm. Halloween is usually pretty cold here so I look for costumes that will let my kids be warm without having to wear jackets. 0-3 month size is going to be too big for a newborn but that's true for most 0-3mo clothes. 2-3 months babies of average size should fit just fine. I am not sure if baby will fit in my carrier with the wings on the costume but we will see.
