The cones received are not the ones in the photo. The ones received are cheap hard plastic with a thin base that curls up, and there is no hole on the top. They are not as flexible as the one in the photo probably is. They are a good size, but not worth $7. I have returned them.

Exactly what I was looking for to keep in my camper for that "just in case" situation. Thanks

Well made, great for what I needed it for and that was dog training putting snacks on the cone and it worked well.
