Corrective action for joint inflammation and pain
Cost for this product is on point. Nice and affordable. It is very effective. I started with the 6m dose and noticed a difference after about 2 weeks of daily use. I moved to 12m due to not being right where I wanted to be. There is no odor and I have not noticed any digestive issues. There is a very noticeable difference in joint pain and inflammation.

I chose the Nutricost brand because it’s among the top picks of a well known consumer lab testing group, and the cost was a good value. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I don’t notice any unpleasant taste or side effects. Astaxanthin is purported to be a good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, but as with nearly all supplements, you can only hope and trust they do what they proclaim.

前は12mg摂取だったので、いまは朝晩食事の後に1錠づつ飲んでます。 脂溶性なので食後が良く、一日の摂取量は6mg〜12mgだそうです。 あまり効果を確認しにくいサプリと思いますが、私は飲み続けようと思ってます。ある時に歳の割に若いねー、とか言われたら最高です。
