Love to Laugh
This is a very funny collection that includes some great quotes, wonderful ideas, and outstanding cartoons. You are able to appreciate the humor of the quotes better than you would if the book were made up entirely of quotes because the collection contains a mixture of different kinds of humor. That gives your mind a break from reading quote after quote, which can be mind-numbing. And I'm sure I will laugh even louder when I get older, and can relate to more of these situations via first-hand experience. ;)Ed Fischer's cartoons and drawings are funny. One contains a senior bus tour group stopped at a rest area, and the caption reads, "Guess we should stop more often." My favorite quotes are by Anonymous. (One is, "Old people shouldn't eat health food. They need all the preservatives they can get." The other is about the hijacking of a truckload of Viagra. I don't want to spoil the joke, so you'll have to read it for yourself!) There is also a hilarious joke provided by Elaine in Ely, Minnesota (near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area!) about some senior citizens, Heaven and Hell.Great collection!

Ha!!
O may not be able to relate to this O still think it's really funny! Some of the jokes are about the elders getting the best of the younger generation which I think is very funny.

Funny quips and jokes that will make you laugh out loud!
I love joke books and buy lots of them. Most are not worth the price, but this is definitely one of them that I enjoyed. Found lots of great quips from some of the great comedians like Joan Rivers, George Burns, Erma Bombeck and many others, funny cartoons, jokes, stories, etc.. I laughed out loud and shared many of the items with the family and friends who also enjoyed the clever observations and jokes. Thanks to Ed Fischer for putting together a great little book.

Old age can be fun... and funny
Senior citizens will identify with the humorous situations in this funny look at aging. Some of the jokes made me laugh out loud; others made me groan. But I certainly understood every one. Young people will probably read some of the jokes and furrow their forehead and say "Huh?" But those of us of a more mature age will get he jokes--in fact, we've probably experienced many of them.

Old age is funny
Just because you become over the hill doesn't't mean you can't laugh. It's actually easier to laugh at yourself as you get older because you realize life is a laughing matter. You gotta have fun while you are here!

Light laughter.
This short book pokes gentle fun at the pleasures of aging. Why not. If we are lucky we make retirement and should be pleased we can still laugh, poke fun and share the joke. This book reminds of this...and prompts us to remember and share our fun memories.

It always cheers me up
Simple things. I'm mid forty, with a string of health problems. Sometimes when I'm feeling low, or simply sorry for myself I have a quick flick through the pages. Always makes me smile.

Brings a smile
My niece bought me one of the series for a birthday and I liked it so I download this and it's quotes are lovely and do make me smile. It's not something to read as such just to dip into when you want a smile.
