These are by far my favorite fish oil supplement I have found. It's the only one with no smell, taste, or aftertaste at all! (Not even the fishy burps once, and I've been taking this for months 🙃) Its super easy to swallow, and the quality is outstanding. I love the EPA DHA ratio, and this brand is super trustworthy, effective, and consistent. I will continue to use these for a very long time. My brain health and energy seem to slowly increase the longer I use these! Great for inflammation as well. Give yourself time to see the benefits, true healing isn't instant.

Noting the difference that one capsule of Nordic Naturals EPA made in my teen's irritable demeanor, a relative proclaimed that, "this stuff should be mandatory for every kid from the age of ten on." Several individuals in our family take NN EPA to help depressive or irritable mood. I take it daily for joint problems. It has been helpful in ameliorating the ADHD and OCD features of autism. We've tried fish-oil combination products, and also DHA alone, but find we get more bang for the moody & arthritis-ridden buck, using EPA concentrate. Our family has used Nordic Naturals EPA for over 10 yrs. In that period of time, we've also tried a few other brands to see if there's anything as good, but cheaper. That experiment has led to a "morgue" of fish oil products that didn't make the cut. In particular, I discovered that certain fish oil products that are solvent-processed actually exacerbate my arthritis -- the opposite effect of what I'm paying for. I appreciate the fact that NN products are molecularly distilled & 3rd party lab-tested for purity & absence of heavy metals, PCBs. The lemon-flavored softgels are pleasant to take & do not seem to give the fishy burps we've experienced with other products. Go Nordic Naturals!

Good pain relief.

High quality, high EPA fish oil. It has a higher EPA to DHA ratio than their (or other brands') fish oils (Omega-3s). The higher EPA has recently been shown to be particularly heart-healthy. DHA is also very good for you, and is particularly beneficial for your brain health, apparently. I've been taking Nordic Naturals Omega-3 for a while, and now I have switched to taking the Omega-3 in the morning and the EPA in the evening. I'm hoping this will give me the best of both types of Omega-3s. I also keep it in the fridge during the summer to keep it fresh and stable. Pills all clumped together and covered in oil, few split open. The pills are rancid and not sure if the bottle is tampered with. This occurred with 2 of 3 last purchases, per my experience will not recommend
