I saw this advertised and read the reviews and for the price I wanted to see if this speaker could live up to the JBL Xtreme series. I really love how it also has the shoulder strap. I was certainly not disappointed in the sound quality, it did remind me of the crisp sound produced by the Xtreme 3, but what’s great about this speaker is you can choose to have boom bass on or off and both options produce a high quality of sound to suit different settings. It does get nicely loud at 70w which is rarely seen in a Bluetooth wireless speaker of this size and weight, and the battery life dies wipe the floor over the Xtreme speakers. Something that is important to note which did unfortunately create some disappointment is the fact there is a delay when plugging audio into the line in. This also happens with the JBL Xtreme 2 and 3, but not the JBL Xtreme 1 which works in real time when the line in is connected. This key restriction means you cannot use this speaker for mixing for example as a monitor as it will be a few milliseconds out of sync. Other than this everything else about this speaker is perfect and excellent for any outdoors Bluetooth use.

I bought the W-King X10-1 to replace my 3 year old DOSS Soundbox XL which although the DOSS plays lovely audio for both music and speech it is inconvenient compared to newer kit - mainly because it recharges only direct from the mains rather than via a USB-C cable so that charger has to be carried from room to room (extra mains chargers can be pricey and tricky). I tried the Soundcore Motion Boom but was unimpressed even though that unit has an editable graphic equaliser via a smartphone app. The Soundcore also does not have Aux out whereas the X10-1 does so if bluetooth won't co-operate you are stuffed on a Soundcore! The X10-1 is not compatible with the earlier X10 as you cannot mix the two as individual stereo speakers. It is also a slightly lower battery capacity of 13,200mAh rather than 15,000mAh - but so what! The battery can be used to charge a smartphone - excellent! The X10-1 is a handsome design - much nicer than boxey alternatives. It is smaller than it appears to me in the photos, that is good. The strap is handy for carrying the unit around and can be tucked out the way or unclipped and removed if preferred. The equaliser has just two modes - inside and outside. I prefer outside even when inside for both music and speech. You can of course alter your equaliser settings in many laptop apps or with e.g. the excellent Android phone app called Poweramp. So how does it sound! Its beautiful. Very impressed. I can compare it to my high-end 5.1 surroundsound system with Onkyo av receiver and Keff speakers. No "boombox" is going the match that obviously but I'm more than happy to use the X10-1 in the same room and do it routinely with a laptop. One final comment: my X10-1 developed a random undiagnosed problem; W-King replaced it with a new one in my hands within 48 hours, excellent customer service.

I had it delivered today and couldn't wait to fire it up. I can only say just "WOW!!!!". I was gonna go for an Anker Motion Boom initially as they're known for quality lately and I also had some of their speakers before, but because I waited too long and it wasn't on offer anymore I decided to look online for some comparisons with other speakers in its class. I was a bit skepticall at first, but I decided to take a leap of faith and go for this W-King X10-1. I just had it delivered earlier and I can't stop listening to my playlist, this speaker is literally out of this world! Unbelievable sound for the price. I have a friend who has a JBL Extreme and I tried that one full blast a few times and I thought it was really wow, but now I can say this W-King X10 is a beast compared to his JBL! I can't give a verdict on the battery life as it's only been on for a couple of hours, I will update the review at a later date if I consider this to be a problem. But the build and the sound quality... Man!!! This is in the major leagues!! Whatever reviews you've probably watched on youtube (like I watched all of them before deciding) I can honestly tell you none of them does this speaker justice! You have to really hear it to believe the sound you can get for it's price tag!! Sorry for all the exclamation marks but my mind is on steroids from excitement right now. JUST WOW!! Some online reviews say that the Anker Soundcore Motion Boom and this W-King X10 are in the same class, but I cannot really see Anker's 30W of power matching this W-King's 70W, and I highly doubt that Anker's sound quality will come anywhere near this! I live right by the sea and when I ordered this speaker I imagined myself riding my bycicle down the seafront on sunny days, playing some tropical deep house full blast on this speaker, but seeing what a beast it is I've come to reconsider the "full blast" part as it can definitely get you in trouble... 😂 Bottom line, if you want a really loud portable speaker with a deep punchy bass then look no further, there's no point paying 3 times as much for big brands and getting less than this in sound quality!

I am actually surprised how good it is. I mean, considering it is a portable speaker it performs really well. I got myself an Apple one last year and I sent it back cus I was not pleased considering price/ performance. This one totally worth price, quality, portability etc. totally recommend it. I would love a bit more Bass power but that would be next level ha! But this one good enough.

This is an amended review. I was disappointed because the product description says it is the X10-1 model but the one dispatched is the x10. I understood from some reviews, that the X10-1 is a later & improved model. In fact that is incorrect. The company have confirmed the X10-1 model was cobbled together using available chips during the problems caused by covid. The X10 model here is the latest and now only current version. Well that's got that settled. I previously had a 10 yr old Pure Jongo S3 which was perfectly okay until it got soaked in a rain shower. I have scoured the internet for a replacement circa £100. After far too many reviews read, I decided that this seemed to be the best fit for me. Certainly not disappointed at all. Fabulous sound and it really does belt it out for such a little speaker. It is quite heavy mind you. I wouldn't want it in my luggage if I were flying! It is also well built. Feels solid and good rubbery type plastic case so you feel it will take knocks. Good crisp notes. There is only a minor difference to the internal v external equalisation. I found the equaliser within Spotify much better for tuning to the music & environment. Loud enough for my needs. I was working in an acre field and had it down one corner. I could here it fine wherever I was working. Pays your money and takes your choice. I am very happy with my choice.

Been hooked on the W-King brand0∆for a few years now, and have yet to be disappointed. There's always small things with any product that are sure to annoy (the lack of real EQ options other than BoomBoom and BOOMBOOM, or being unable to connect a D10 to a D9 for the True Stereo Sound), but with the bang for your buck you get with this company, the little things quickly become non-existent. Having owned this particular speaker since the end of June, 2023, it's been my go to portable since the day I pulled it out of the box, replacing the pair of T9's even as my work speaker. The big rubber block that covers the ports adds peace of mind when in wet, sand, or just dirty environments, the strap is certainly preferred over the handle that some w-king's come with and it's bottle opener clasp has gotten it's miles in for sure. The casing may seem a bit flimsy to the eye ¹, but knock on it s few times and you'll find it sturdy enough. I expected the open ended speakers g become an issue very quickly, but much to my surprise, they've held up like immortal beasts to any random day to day hits that they may have taken. The sound is clear, and can be heard through my entire work building at 50%, even when the heavy equipment is on if I turn it up to about 70%. No one ever has to guess what song is playing. If they can hear it, they can hear it clearly. Using Amazon musics built in equalizer adjusts the sound noticably, allowing me to get the speaker to sound exactly as I like it. I would assume any other app that has a built in EQ would work just as good. I have found after nearly a years use, I do have to have the volume consistently around the 80% mark. I maybe have over used it a bit, but 6 days a week for 10 hours a day over 9-10 months at this price, I'm not going to complain much lol certainly got my money out of her. She's taken a couple falls here and there, barely a scratch in the hardened plastic, and though I work in a wet and cold environment, none of that seems to have caused any noticible problems. Battery life started at about 10 hours at 70% volume consistently, has dropped to about 7 hours at the same volume level, which is acceptable for how much I use it, and need to charge it everyday. My only real complaint, and it's a minor one, it's after about 3 months, it stopped charging anything I plug into it. It's a minor compliant because it is expected, it's been a problem for me with every W-King speaker I've had, the port seems to simply stop working on all of them after between 2 and 5 months, so obviously not a deal breaker for me since I continue to buy the brand, just an expected annoyance. It's still beyond worth the price. ⁿ44

Lo he comprado para el trabajo, es una oficina en la que hay 19 personas, se escucha perfectamente sin pasar de la mitad del volumen, el sonido, los graves y agudos perfectos, escuchamos la música sin necesidad de hablar alto y aunque haya varias personas hablando a la vez, nos escuchamos perfectamente. Lo más atractivo su precio 104 € ¿que más se puede pedir? Lo recomiendo al 100 × 100.

La valutazione che daró si basa sulla praticità del prodotto e la motivazione per la quale l'ho scelta. Premetto che sulle caratteristiche tecniche ci sono in rete validissime recensioni fatte da esperti, che ritengo veritiere possedendo il prodotto. Possiedo diversi speaker di svariate marche tra le quali Bose, quindi potrei dire di aver avuto un bel background. Da alcuni anni sono arrivata a W-King, perché per qualità prezzo credo secondo la mia esperienza ineguagliabile. Sono musicista... Per amplificare ció che suono devo usare impianti di altra natura, ma visto che insegno musica e strumento musicale a scuola, prediligo, rispetto a qualunque ampli e speaker questo modello, in cui il tempo è ben scandito per i ragazzi avendo l'enfatizzazione dei suoni gravi e bassi potenziati senza distorsione. La cassa é semplice, fruibile, immediata, la batteria è a lunga durata, si sente perfettamente all'aperto e con svariati e numerosi ragazzini urlanti. Lo speaker é maneggevole per quello che fa é leggero, resistente agli urti, resistente ad acqua e polvere. La connessione a cellulare, tablet, pc, lettori ecc... È stata immediata e non ho avuto problemi. Quindi Riassumendo per quello che ho quello che ho speso é veramente poco. Fino a qualche anno addietro spendevo cifre da capogiro per essere sempre al top nella didattica musicale. Personalmente non é che lo consiglio lo straconsiglio!!!!! Ottimo acquisto
