Girl get this dress. I have kind of an apple shape I’m short and kind of fat I haven’t took a pic otherwise I’d post it. For one you don’t need a bra. 4’11 230lbs a large is snug but hugs your waist just right. I got that apron belly so I still might wear like underwear/shapewear yk? Like a smoother because even though it’s double lined and thick I still need that extra help but the dress helps. You won’t need an actual girdle. It’s kind of rouched (or whatever) so that helps hide shapewear too. I wear a 38DD btw. Hope this helps! Butt looks good in it too ! Almost forgot to mention. (:

Oh, my. What a dress! For so little money I paid, it got the desired effect I was going for. Definitely, a head turner.... I am normally a size M so I ordered the M and it fit Perfectly! Hugged in all the right places and hid some less than flattering areas. The dress was very comfortable with soft, stretchy material but more importantly, my undergarments were unnoticeable. My only concern was the V-neck. It was a bit lower than I had anticipated so the bra I originally had in mind didn't work but, no worries, that is what boob tape is for. Overall, I loved the dress, felt very sexy in it and I have already recommended buying this dress to ladies I know.

This dress is super cute. It arrived with a strong smell, I had to soak overnight and wash a few times but the smell came out. This dress material is the right thickness and super stretchy. I would recommend this dress.

** Updating but still LOVE THE DRESS***Omg I ordered this dress in white and I'm thicker (tummy has extra skin pouch...on top of being thicker). But I ordered it so I could make it into a straight jacket because they don't make an actual Halloween costume that fits me for that so I am doing a DIY project for it.I finally tried it on hoping I ordered the right size. 3 other dresses I ordered did not fit they were to tight. This was the first time I ordered this dress and it fit 100% just as it should. So comfy!!!!! No stains! And my butt looked so good! And normally in white the extra skin fat looks really pronounced so I typically shy away from white but omg it looked so good and was so comfy I had to wear it out that night I couldn't wait to wear it. So I dolled it up Harry Potter style because the actor who played Hagrid died that day and I'm a HUGE Harry Potter fan and omg did it work! I got so many compliments and I felt HOT all night! Like enough I'm buying more in different colors and probably a second white one so I can sew the belts on myself to make the straight jacket! Highly recommend.However if you are self conscious and not confident (I am very confident, I dresses up and went to the bar without anyone else dressing up> total random night and went alone..) but if u are you should know it's very short. And you maybe worried about your butt but it hugs it tight so really I didn't have to much of an issue with my booty showing. However the bra was out all night!!!!!!... other girls judged on that but I don't care I paired it with a black bra and let my tie cover it and I was fine but you may want to look into alternative bras or hopefully not have "oh I breastfeed my kids" look; like I do lol. But I do love it. I'm 5' 7" - 200lbs- and a 38D. I ordered a XL** update-- wore it and made it into a straight jacket dress and it was perfect! And then another night I wore my new red one (same size as my white) and it was amazing!!!! Definitely handwash!

The picture I posted is giving it grace. In real life, this dress is very unflattering on.it's a very pretty dress, but it just makes me appear much larger than I really am. It makes my shoulders look like a linebackers and all the fabric in the center torso area makes me look a lot more wide than I am as well. I think there's just too much scrunched fabric within the dress overall.This dress may be more forgiving for curvier women than someone of my body type. It also rides up constantly if you're moving. With every step you take, you'll be constantly pulling the dress back down. Not for me. Will be initiating a return.For reference, I am 5'10" & 135 lbs with a petite frame & smaller chest. I ordered my usual size, small. It's very comfortable & color is pretty spot on... just a poorly executed design.

Wow for a dress this price and past experience, my expectations were low but this is my new favorite dress. Very flattering. The "girls" look great. Hubby loves it! May even order another color. Material is good, hides imperfections. Definitely recommend!
