love it, assembling was hard though bc we have a small bathroom cons -hard to put together, but maybe only for small apartments like ours where the toilet and sink are very close to one another - you can't see what you're doing. -comes with some attachments that you don't need if you have a normal toilet, bc the toilet already has them. this can create confusion. -instructions very hard to understand, my boyfriend chucked them. he ended up watching a youtube video for another bidet (i am not allowed to post here, just poke around on youtube) to see how dual nozzle bidets in general are put together so he had some sort of a guideline. pros -love it!!!! i've never had a bidet before and chose this bc it has a front nozzle for women, which i haven't used yet, as well as a nozzle for your butt. i also chose it bc it has both hot and cold water choice as well as pressure choice. -really does a great job of cleaning. i can see what's on the toilet paper when i wipe, and the toilet paper doesn't have much on it anymore since i've been using the bidet. -you use less toilet paper in general. -my butt feels squeaky clean. there is a learning curve. i've learned exactly where to turn the dial to suit my butt (between the z's in the word 'nozzle' on the dial), and i like the pressure on the third one down (from lightest to most pressure), not too strong but not too light. you'll learn what's right for you and where exactly to put the dials for your preferences when it's your turn to use the toilet (if you live in a multi person household). i keep the water going for about 6-15 seconds, but some people will be different. sometimes i wiggle my butt around so i know the water is getitng all the areas. it's cool to know i am really getting clean down there. so it's a great purchase. one of those little things that makes life a little nicer. my boyfriend did the installation and that took him several hours, he had to actually take the toilet out so he could see the underside of the toilet, but that's bc our bathroom is so small and our sink and toilet are right next to each other. it was very very frustrating, but in the end, worth it. would buy again. especially bc it has temperature and pressure choices, as well as dual nozzles. love it. if you have found this review helpful, please press yes below, thank you!

Let's face it, this is NOT the "all bells and whistles" "top of the line product" that you WILL end up wanting, but a rather affordable version which is also very easy to install, and that WILL convert you to use this system instead of smearing things around. This product however is an EXCELLENT entry level system that will help you getting acquainted with a different approach, and like I said, will have you want to upgrade to one with drying air function. For my particular install, my husband had a wall between our toilet and the source of hot water, and he had to drill to run the water line for hot water. The line is small, and what he did is he sharpened the edges of the line before running it through the holes which were made precisely to it's size. Once the line had these edges sharpened to allow easier pushing through, he use a piece of a wire hanger to find the holes on both ends, and then used a vice grip to hold the wire in place as he pushed the line on it to guide it to the hole on the opposite side of the wall, the holes didn't match on both sides, but the same piece of wire helped him drill a guide hole before enlarging just to the size of the line. Once the line was guided, he pulled the wire and the rest easily. The install turned up as clean as it gets. The hot water takes a long time to reach, and it even doesn't arrive all that hot, but the heater is in the opposite side of the house, and the water flow is small, so this is understandable. Other than having a preheated container feeding the line, or the water heated on demand, this is as good as it gets on the cheap, and it is good, more than good enough. The pressure of the water is adjustable obviously, and can be increased to your preference. My husband suffers from hemorrhoids and has been EXTREMELY happy with the system, I shouldn't say this but he claims he can even aim the jet and get a bit of an inside wash too! He is actually happier than me with this. Now he wants to get a version that requires electricity to include heated water on demand, and air drying functions too. Oh boy!!!

This thing is great! I also own a Luxe Bidet 320, which is basically the same thing only $20 more but I actually prefer this one. With my Luxe I felt, as well as other people who have come over to try it out, that it took a bit to figure how/where you are supposed to sit to get it to hit you right. And even then, the spray seemed messier. I will admit, the toilet with the Luxe is an elongated seat whereas the one I use this one is on a rounded seat, but it just feels like a much more pleasant experience. Our lux feels more like a pressure washer(yeah, ouch!!), but this one felt more like a nice solid stream, not overbearing. Set up was easy, nothing special there. I saw another review where someone said it sprays out the side, that sounds like user error to me. I haven't had any issues with mine(see below). My first encounter with a bidet was a standalone one and that one had always been the ideal setup in my mind. When we bought a house and I wasn't able to install a standalone, I decided to go with the addon bidet (the lux). Having a bidet in general is simply amazing and I was glad to have it, but I wasn't crazy about the one I had. I was thinking I might need to get one of the more expensive bidet models ($300-600) for good quality. I am seriously glad I tried this one because this makes me not feel the need for the that, or even the standalone bidet. $40 is a great price for this thing. ***Update. Out of the blue, my t-adapter started leaking. I have had this thing for about 2 months and it was working fine, but all of the sudden it has started dripping. I tried tightening it a little, no luck. I took it off and reapplied the tape around the connector but it didn't resolve the issue. I tried tightening it again and it broke. Ugggg. So now I can't use it at all and the money I saved by getting the cheaper version bit me in the end. *****Update to the update. They sent me a new adapter and all is well again! Phew! As this was our 2nd bidet, we put this one downstairs. My wife has been bugging me to put this one upstairs and put our other one downstairs...now that this thing is $35 bucks I might just buy another one.

I own two electric, heated bidets. I am very please with them. I ordered this bidet for the half bathoom which doesn’t see much action. I ordered this model because it had hot water which is a must in the northeast. The install was straightforward and then I took it for a test ride... I was pleasantly surprised. With the exception of the unit not being eclectric it worked great. So much so that I can honestly say, if one of my more expensive bidets stop working I would replace it with this unit. It is well made, easy to install and at a great price. I recommend you turn on the hot water in the sink where the hot water line was install prior to using bidet. This way the line to the unit will be primed with warm water. Place the units hot water setting on the lowest setting prior to using and adjust your temperature. The one con I have is that my electric bidets will not work unless it senses your on the seat. A curious child can turn knob, get a shot in the face and run away leaving the water flowing. This con isn't enough for me to rate it anything other than a 5 star, great product.

This is my second one these unit and I was surprised, it is the same model number from my old one that lasted 10 to 11 years... Only difference that I noticed is that the new has White Knobs and the old one had Silver Knobs... Both seem to work the same... I would highly recommend these... Can't begin to tell you how much I have saved on Toilet Paper, but in 10 years, I have only bought Toilet Paper 2 Times... This thing is paid for and better for the environment!

I like this because it's in stock, cheap, high pressure (adjustable), and it uses hot water from the house supply and not a little electric tank that can run out. My girlfriend doesn't want cold only, so that wasn't an option. Installation is not as easy as other units. The ones that use electricity to heat water only need one connection to the water supply, for example. This needs two. The supplied equipment was lacking as well. My cold water toilet supply line, cold water sink supply line, and hot water sink supply line are all 1/2". This bidet only comes with equipment to connect one 1/2" line and one smaller supply line. I guess maybe some houses have smaller supply lines for the hot water? Also it didn't include long toilet seat bolts even though it adds to how long those need to be to secure it and the lid to the toilet. My old bolts no longer reached through the toilet lid, bidet, and down to where the nuts had to be screwed on under the toilet. It only costs an hour and $5 or $10 dollars at a hardware store to get the right equipment, though, at least.

It took 12 months and it’s started to leak and twisted a twisted turn it on. It’s just broke. I don’t know I heard it got to warranty but I look at the review for one hour review said they don’t under the warranty. I just have the trash I guess just don’t buy this For the price. Use it only for one year it’s not worth it. Don’t purchase.

Easy to install, I had a different cold only bidet that failed after about a year (Started leaking in a seam under the plate that goes across the toilet unfixable). . I love having the option for the warmth. My sink is right next to my toilet and there's no vanity so the tube was easy to get over to the toilet. . The dial for pressure clicks but I would've rather it just been a sweeping dial as the best pressure for my bum is a click but then twisting it back down within the click, hard to explain but, the clicks aren't really necessary. . Suffice it to say, I'm happy with the bidet and can't BELIEVE that Americans don't understand how much better a bidet is versus wiping poop across your butt with paper. Gross. . Now the TP is simply used to dry my backside and there's no risk of dirty poop getting on my hand or anywhere other then where it belongs; in the toilet.

This Bidet is the Best Thing Ever!!! I Recommend Everyone have a Bidet and this one works Perfect. Strong and Sturdy when using the Dials. Super easy to install all fittings are put on hand tight. 5 minutes and we had it installed and working great. You really do feel Clean and Fresh and use WAY Less Tissue. Very practical

I was initially happy with this product , it worked well and seemed durable. But after about 8 months of normal use, it started leaking unexpectedly. I took good care of it, so I was disappointed with how quickly it broke down. I expected it to last longer for the price. If you’re looking for something long term, this might not be the most reliable option :(

It's my 3rd bidet. After some use the middle walve which controls the water pressure loses it performance. My first lost its pressure and the 2nd lost pressure and also started leaking in the toilet. I still like it's performance as long as it works perfectly not losing the pressure. I wonder why it's loses pressure after few months of use ???. If that middle part is available to purchase extra , I will be happy to buy and replace it.
