I’m quite impressed by the quality of the subwoofer. Any sub can put out vehicle shaking bass but few have that crisp quality and i feel that this ct sound subwoofer has meant that quality. Yes i’ve only been jamming it for 2 weeks but it sounds amazing with the correct power going to it!

These puppies hit so hard I have them hooked up to a skar skv 1500 watt amp which I’m running at 2ohm so im only pushing them with around 950 watts but they can handle more but they slap Soo hard buy you won’t regret

This 12” sub sounds great. I have the dual 2ohm running on about 360 watts from the sub channel of my DS18 candy amp, in a sealed box of about 1.5 cu ft. Mine is arranged firing down, in the back of my ‘94 Blazer. I prefer a larger box for better lows but it might be better in 1.3- 1.4 cu ft box.

ABSOLUTELY HORRBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I would give zero stars I could. First off I understand things happen and are sometimes broken. I am not some one that enjoys giving bad reviews....in fact I think this may only be the second bad one I've ever made. I bought 2 12 in subs from them on May 27, for a birthday present, the speakers arrived in a timely fashion on June 2. They were taken out of the box, which was completely undamaged. And one of the voice coils was busted and makes a grinding sound. The speakers were never hooked to power. I contacted the company , who did respond promptly. I will give them credit for that. Below is the response I got from them "We received your warranty questionnaire submission and confirmed your subwoofer(s) are defective. Your amplifier was wired below its minimum impedance and either overpowered and/or clipped your subwoofer(s) leading to the voice coil being damaged. This is not covered under our 1-year warranty. We will make an exception for you, and can offer the below 2 options: Option 1: You pay $30 to cover the replacement shipping cost of (1) TROPO-12 Dual 2 Ohm and agree to re-wire your (2) subwoofers at 2 Ohm (see attached wiring diagram). The minimum impedance of your amplifier is 1 Ohm and the wiring diagram you selected indicates you are wired at 0.5 Ohm. *Please note your subwoofers will be underpowered as the Skar sa1000.1D amplifier does 800W RMS at 2 Ohm and your subwoofers can handle a combined 1300W RMS. Option 2 (Recommended): You pay $200 to upgrade to the CT-2000.1D. We will waive the $30 and ship you (1) TROPO-12 Dual 2 Ohm. The CT-2000.1D does 1500W RMS Certified at 2 Ohm and your (2) subwoofers can handle a combined 1300W RMS." Seriously, why am I suppose to pay even more money to replace a product which was broken when I received it. The speaker was out of the box for maybe 10 minutes before we realized IT WAS NEVER HOOKED UP TO POWER or the AMP. How is a broken voice coil NOT covered under warranty?!?! They even recognized in the email above the speaker was defective. Customer service will only communicate thru email. They will not communicate by phone and refuse to call you even when you ask them to do so. For a company that supposedly prides themselves on customer satisfaction, they have a really screwed up idea of what customer service and satisfaction faction actually is. I'm not asking for my money back, and I understand things happen, but a good company should stand behind their product. I just want what I paid for.....TWO WORKING SUBS. I have been in contact with Amazon who has been more than helpful

These things are legit. Great sound. Great price. very very happy with my purchase. Got a 12” in my commuter Camry and a 10” in my crew cab pickup. These are excellent subwoofers.
