Description
Confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica (Fiona Dourif) is wrongly convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered her entire family. But when her psychiatrist introduces a new group therapy tool – a “Good Guy” doll – a string of grisly deaths plague the asylum and Nica starts to wonder if maybe she isn’t crazy after all. Andy (Alex Vincent), Chucky’s now-grown-up nemesis from the original Child’s Play, races to Nica’s aid. But to save her he’ll have to get past Tiffany (Oscar-nominee Jennifer Tilly), Chucky’s long-ago bride, who will do anything, no matter how deadly or depraved, to help her beloved devil doll. Good story telling
The Curse of Chucky was a solid addition to the series. It brought back that creepy vibe from the originals with a fresh twist. The story was decent, and the suspense was on point, making it more of a horror than a comedy like some of the later films. Chucky felt menacing again, which I appreciated. Not perfect, but definitely worth a watch if you’re a fan of the series.

More chuckie!!!
I like the different chuckie movies. More comic than frightening in my opinion. But sadly I can see myself rooting for another one. This one had some interesting twists and turns.

La última película de Chucky por fin en 4K!
Soy fan de la saga de Chucky y cuando supe que Scream Factory había restaurado en formato 4K Ultra HD la última película "Cult Of Chucky" la compré de inmediato. Se ve espectacular, mejor que nunca, con una calidad de imagen fuera de serie, lo mejor es que llegó rápido y en perfectas condiciones, y si trae el Slipcover de colección. Si eres fan de Chucky debes darte la oportunidad de ver sus películas en este formato UHD!

Mann, alles was Andy wollte, war eine verdammt gute Puppe 😭 Ich bin so froh, dass sie Andys Originalschauspieler für die Rolle ausgewählt haben. Das verleiht ihm mehr Realismus und Coolness.

Great 7th instalment
Fiona Dourif who plays Nika is a chip off the block- her dad voices Chucky and plays Charles Lee Ray. She deserves to be a big name in tge acting community. Excellent movie. Also nice to see the original Andy Barclay actor in the role he first made when he was a child. Nicely executed movie with a Hitchcock vibe. Gotta love Jennifer Tilly.

Cult of Chucky
ist auch ein sehr schöner und gruseliger Teil der kompletten Chuckyreihe aber auch brutaler gemacht wie z. B Teil 1 oder 3.... um einiges moderner und Andy Barclay spielt ja in diesem Teil auch nochmal eine wichtige Rolle... Die Schauspieler machen ihre Sache gut und Bild ist auch sehr schön. meine Daumen sind beiden oben!
