Great variety of top songs; so many that I relate to and of course every single one of them---- I KNOW. I Had fun playing straight through the book and found that these arrangements will work perfectly for the young beginning students that I am working with on all age levels from age 6 to over 70. This book does "light up my life" . I am sure you caught the 2 song references in my post.

A must for every pianist who is over 50....and "was not very good". I am enjoying playing these pop songs every day and getting better!!

This is a good collection. However, most are not really current Pop songs. They are good but not current pop songs.

This contains a very good method of instruction for adult piano students.

I found this book to be a little too easy, but I feel the way it is laid out it would be a great book for beginners.

Good source of music you are already familiar with. Teaches you how to play them , good value.

I got the book because my instructor at the time recommended it, but I don't have the time now. I'm sure it's good, but you do need the other books that it references, to get the whole experience....I believe, and that may be more than you're willing to do....at the beginning.
