Durable and brilliant
So... even after wearing these in heavy rain, dropping them and crushing them accidentally to the point the shell comes off, they still work as if i just bought them. Connectivity is average, theyre comfortable, the case takes a while to charge but its worth it as you get many hours of charge in the case. The earbuds themselves charge decently fast. The sound quality is great too.My only bother is how sensitive the buttons can be on them, and the fact that the app has no way of disabling the button functions like a different brand i had. But its a worthy trade for how durable they are and how long theyre lasting me.

My new best buddies!
I Bought these Sony WF-C500 green earbuds two weeks ago to replace a pair of Cambridge Audio Melomania 1+ earbuds that started behaving erratically after a firmware update. After that experience, I was reluctant to spend a lot on replacements. These are absolutely amazing for the price. Well balanced sound, plenty of bass, (not overblown) very good dynamics, (plenty of "slam") fairly smooth top end & surprisingly detailed midrange. Even classical sounds reasonable. They seem well built, with long battery life, good control ergonomics & they are paired before I can get them in my ears! They fitted me perfectly without needing to change the tips. I didn't want ANC as I prefer to be somewhat aware of my surroundings, but these provide a fair degree of isolation anyway. The app is well designed, although the app icon is rather large, so I relegated it to a secondary page on my phone & it's only a swipe away. I find leaving the EQ flat works for me across all musical genres. Only slight negative is phone conversations could sound a bit clearer. OK, so they're not quite perfect, but they are uncannily involving to listen to & at this price, they're more than good enough for the moment & an improvement on my previous buds.

Excellent earbuds.
Very good fit and sound with better bluetooth range than my Sennheisers and very reliable with good battery life. Sound quality is not quite audiophile level but almost; a bargain at this price point. Also, love the unusual celadon green color.

Amazing!
Iv’e had this headphones for over a year now and they are perfect, the battery lasts long and if you use it up in one sitting which I’ve found hard to do it charges in the case fast. Easy to use. Do need to use the ‘Sound Connect app’ to use the headphones properly but it’s useful because it adjusts settings to suit you. They fit in your ears really well and come with extra sizes for the soft bit. They connect easy and fast. The controls are relatively easy to use though I rarely use them apart from stopping audio if I can’t reach my phone. You can stop audio, change a song, adjust volume and answer calls. When there is an orange light on the case that flashes it is indicated that the case needs to charge.

Defective after one year.
It stopped working after a year, right after the warranty expired. Sony only gives a one-year warranty. We bought 3 of this product. Two broke after 13 months and one broke two weeks before the warranty expired. I guess the one-year warranty period is no coincidence.

quality build, fit well with amazing sound
At first I thought the bass was poor and the treble harsh, then following the Sony troubleshooting guide realized the issue was due to me not fitting one bud correctly into the ear canal. Twist and push best describes the actions required, and the fit is critical to get the truly remarkable sound from these. I have many Sony headsets and these are the best yet. Well worth the money and connect easily to multiple items e.g. Ipod Touch, Walkman, Dell and Asus laptops. The Sony software app for equalization allows subtle changes to meet my preferences. BUY.

Difficult to get a decent fit
Normally with ear buds you put them into your ear, and they sound fine. With these I did that and they sounded thin, with a distinct lack of bass.I downloded the app, and that had some fitting instructions (yes, you read that correctly, fitting instructions for ear buds!). The way you're supposed to fit them is twist them into your ear, forwards and backwards, so the bud tips sit deep inside your ear. Then position the rest of the ear bud.Doing that and they sounded good, but, they very easily dislodge themselves and you're back to the thin, reedy, bass-less sound.I've tried all of the ear bud tip sizes and none of them help.I only bought these as they were 50% off and What HiFi magazine said good they were and what a great deal it was.I'm not that impressed. If I sit still they stay in place and sound good ,but if I move around they start to work a little loose and the sound quality disappears. Not good for sports earbuds!

Great Earbuds, especially for smaller ears
I got these after losing my Apple airpods and I have no faults! My airpods were always falling out of my ears and these sony ones never do, they also offered different sized rubber ends so I could change to the smaller size. They’re comfortable but as all do, start to get uncomfy after a few hours (I use them at work so I take breaks when they become uncomfortable)The colour is super cute and the texture feels nice and high quality, almost like they’re made of recycled productsSound is great and noise cancellation is insane, people will try and talk to me and i can’t hear a thing.
