This air purifier really delivers, in my opinion. I own another, more popular (and expensive) brand of air purifier that I thought delivered strong results until I came across this unit when I was researching to purchase a purifier for the master bedroom. There is a noticeable and very pleasant difference in the quality of the air in the bedroom. The real benefit for me is the way it controls dust. In the master, the dressing area is somewhat open to the rest of the room, so particulate matter from spraying hair products and so on ultimately lands on the furniture and the dark hardwood floor. Well, I dusted the bedroom two weeks ago and decided to test effectiveness of the unit by not dusting and just observing any difference. I am surprised by how much less dust there is in the room two weeks later. Prior to having the unit, the furniture and floor would be sprinkled with dust just three or four days after cleaning. Not anymore. I could easily let the dusting go another week, that's how good it's been.The quietness of the unit is also a huge plus. When it runs in Efficient mode, it is barely audible; in fact, when I first got the unit, I kept checking that it was running because it’s so quiet. My other air purifier (downstairs, in the living room) is so loud, even on the lowest setting, that I had to turn my television up three or four more levels to hear over the blowing. That unit was moved to the family room and was replaced with another Levoit. And the story is the same ... it's amazing how much better the air smells and how little dust settles on furniture comparatively.With the Levoit, I can also tell the difference in air quality after being out for the day, then coming home. The minute I open the door, my home smells fresh. I don't even leave the units running all day, either. They come on at 6 in the morning and go off at midnight. Being able to control the units through an app is fantastic.Buy this air purifier, I don't believe you'll be sorry.

I have been using this product for a couple of years right now and what I have noticed is that I have gotten so much better air quality and it's even noticeable. I no longer see as much dust as I used to have noticed when entering my room. I got this product for my allergies in hopes that this would be the solution. Ever since I had gotten it I have not only had cleaner air but my allergies had also gone down. I enjoy how bright the screen is as it is not too bright to the point that I do not want it but It is good enough to see and deal with. The app and product have a sleep mode that turns off the light and makes the fan quiet giving me good sleep. The device has multiple options and speeds for how fast you want it to clean the air. It also has an auto mode that will adjust to what it thinks I need. Mine came with a filter inside and since then I have bought a couple more. Before I got this product I had been looking for multiple ways to clear the air and this one has been by far what stood out to me. It is a little pricey but if you want clean air then it might just be worth it for you. I recommend this to anyone who is not sure what they should get.

The first device that is true to its labs ratings in noise. In my 30+ yrs, this device by far has the most quiet fan I've ever seen/heard. The reason why I don't give it full 5 stars is because of 2 issues.1st issue is the delivery of all my Levoit products where routed to USPS and marked that they missed me when the packages never reach me at all because USPS doesn't open on weekends. All my other purchases made at the same time were delivered by Amazon on the weekend.2nd issue is that the VeSync connects to only 2.4 ghz wifi. Many routers like mine don't have 2.4 ghz anymore and it would be great if Levoit mentionned it so that customers don't end up being unable to connect to wifi because this air purifier only connects to 2.4 ghz wifi. If you're going to buy more smart devices that connect to wifi, I advise you to buy a 5 ghz to 2.4 ghz wifi converter like I did. If you don't, then you'll need to buy another router that might not be compatible to your internet service or your internet speed and if you change your internet provider, you might need again to buy a whole different router again.Another thing to mention is that this air purifier works when humidity level is below 85% RH. So, you should avoid using it near your bathroom or a Master Bedroom after showering. I have a device that measures humidity and everytime I take shower(no more than 15 min showers), my Master bedroom's humidity goes above 85%.

Life changer. I run it 24/7 with 2 dogs and smoker in the home and you can feel the difference in air quality. Just bought another for the other half of the house

Works perfectly and has phone app. We recently burned a pizza in the oven, within seconds the app was going off, alerting me of the air quality in the room and it’s about 30 feet away. It took no time at all to clear the air.
