I believe my wife seen a makeup artist was using this to clean her brushes. This is not a well functioning product for that need.My 8 year old daughter, however, loves this thing for playing with her doll outfits and running them through a "wash" cycle in the bathroom. It works as a toy perfectly.If you plan to use this for makeup tools that likely cost you between $60-$400 or more, don't bother. It's not meant for that, and you will be sorely disappointed with the results.Great toy though! Many little girls will love it!

DO NOT BUY! I am returning immediately! This does not clean make up brushes or sponges, the spinner stops as soon as you put something in! I was so excited to use this for my makeup brushes & beauty blender, I tried 6 different ways to get this to work & everything I tried the spinner stopped working or would turn on, this was a huge disappointment. Doesn’t come with batteries, leaks, gets water everywhere & is a waste of money! DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HORRIBLE PRODUCT!

So I will say, I went ahead and bought this for washing my hair scrunches after I’m off work ( im a phlebotomist at a hospital, aka a vampire) and it’s so adorable and actually quite amusing, would recommend 10/10. It definitely works on getting the scrum goes clean and they smell amazing after. Also it would be a wonderful gift for someone who loves makeup. Wonderful product.

The media could not be loaded.  I found it really cute. It was working okay okay. I have used 2-3 times only and realized that water started leaking from the bottom.

I bought this for washing my beauty blenders so it's perfect! It small enough to travel with as well! Wish it was a little bit bigger but it will do! It's a great buy!
