Solid quality construction. Metal handle will prolly never loosen. Comes w two tops, straw, and cleaner. I consider it high quality, a great cost and it looks as cool as it is effective. Less refill trips, drinks always the temp you want. Yes!

I wanted something I could put a lot of water in that would keep cold to use at my desk, so I don't have to constantly get up to refill my water. This thing is a TITAN, 50 oz and a bit heavy when its full, so beware if you don't have a lot of hand strength.It came with two lids, a metal straw and a silicone attachment for the straw. I have other metal straws, and the straw attachment fits on those too, so if you prefer a different one or want to use your own, it will work! You also don't need to use a straw, you can plug the hole for a straw with a silicone plug attached to the lid, and pop open the lid built in to drink from like a coffee lid you might get from starbucks.I put ice in this bad boy and it lasts forever! It's dishwasher safe, but I cleaned the lids and straw+attachment by hand, just my preference. The color gradient is really pretty and the handle on it is sturdy, doesn't feel wobbly or like it will break off anytime soon.No matter how cold or icy the drink you put in here is, it does not sweat all over my desk, and the material of the mug doesn't seem to slid around as easy on my desk, so I don't even bother with a coaster. I even slapped on a few stickers and they dont seem to be going anywhere. In the picture is a 24 oz tall monster can, and a vape, which is about 6 inches tall. THIS IS A BIG MUG so make sure you have space for it.Would recommend to anyone who wants a giant mug for cold drinks that stay cold for a long time. I haven't tried any hot drinks in it, but I can't imagine why it wouldn't work for that, I just don't think I can drink that much of a hot drink at once.

Our household is big beverage users - with me specifically being a water drinker.That said, I prefer my water cold-COLD with tons of ice chunks/chips. It's been hard to find a container that maintains them so you don't burn through ice - especially during the summer.I've bought containers from everywhere from 711 to Contigo - and none really got the job done properly.However, this ZENBO really does maintain ice for up to TWO DAYS. It's been great. Even though it's metal, it's a very lightweight metal, so you don't feel like your hauling a mini fridge around (in addition to the weight that water & icee add).Plus, the convertible top (for a straw or direct drinking) is well-designed without being overly so.It's an added plus they included a straw cleaner as well as I'm really particularly about being able to ensure my straws are scrubbed.It's definitely an A+ Experience for water containers.

It's great for it's purpose and I like it. It holds a huge amount so you don't have to keep refilling it if you drink a lot throughout the day. It keeps things cold - obviously the advertised "up to 36 hours" is crazy but things stay cold enough for single-digit hours. (EDIT: 10-12 hours seems realistic.) I would not recommend using it for hot tea/coffee because I don't think that plastic lid is good for boiling water. I can already tell from handling it that the lid is not going to last. They ship it with a second lid, though, so I just keep it stored safely somewhere for when it inevitably breaks. (EDIT: used daily for a year so far; I stand corrected - the lid is lasting very well.) I think with two lids it'll last long enough to make it a worthwhile purchase. It's a bit tight and difficult to open but it's absolutely not leak proof! Even if you're holding it upright, shaking it will allow some small amount of leakage from the rim, even if you're holding the top and pressing down on the lid to keep it tight. That said it's still very useful for what I expect it to do. Very large opening makes it easy to clean inside, and the design has very few small crevices which also makes it easy to clean.

I like it but I wish the straw was different. It would have been nice if it was a little bigger around and had a rubber ring where the straw goes in to be snug on the straw to make it more spill proof.

This is a very large, heavy mug. It will not fit in your car cup holder. That was fine with me because I purchased it to use at home for cold water so I don’t have to fill up my container as many times during the day. It keeps cold drinks cold for hours! It’s a keeper!

Holds a lot of liquid. Great insulation. Pretty.

I absolutely love this cup! It’s the second of its kind I’ve purchased.I keep it full of ice water and by my chair day and night.I would recommend it to everyone.

nice big mug to have in my room, fill it with ice, then fill with my fizzy drink, keeps it nice and cool, and lots to drink between refills...

...the box was damaged and the straw was missing. Not the end of the world but disappointing. Huge cup, good quality.

Item as described, came with an extra lid and nothing was broken or chipped. I like the size and shape, and the straw is soooo nice to chew on lol
