Runs small
The waist band is inflexible- could not wear over night because they dug in painfully

Stretch but not much
I couldn't get them on because the pair I received ran small. The material was soft and had a bit of stretch but not much. I like a tighter fit but without much stretch these were not easy to get on. Also they are high waisted, not comfy for me. The pad seemed like it would be good for light days.
