Poor quality
Very poor quality. Had a massive lump of crystallised product in the centre and lots of fragments. If I had put this under a pad on a thin soled horse it would have caused serious lameness. A big welfare issue selling this great product in such a poor state! Not impressed, ill buy elsewhere from now on

Great product, arrived damaged
The actual product itself is fantastic. My shipment arrived opened and has compromised the product. Disappointed considering the cost of the product. Will be reaching out to the seller.

Product was great- WF Young - great customer service
Update: WF Young contacted me and provided great customer service! Thank you! This is a great product and I would give the actual product five stars. When we received it, the bucket had leaked. If you have ever used Magic Cushion before, you know if is like getting pine sap on you. We use gloves to apply. It was a mess when it arrived. When going through the process to return, they wanted me to send the product back. No one wants to deal with a sticky mess that may ruin other packages. It was time consuming finding the process to communicate with an actual Amazon representative to explain. Ultimately, they did refund me but more time than needed.
