Can it be used on plastic

I am sure that it can be used on plastic. Acrylic paint, in general, is fine for canvas, wood, rocks, and, no doubt, plastic. The GOTIDEAL that I received was glossy, not metallic, and it sticks to any surface.

Are the scarlet and crimson in this brand the same as "scarlet lake" and " crimson lake" acrylics?

Usually, the only color that will almost surely be the "same" is one with the exact same name, from the exact same company or producer. Names of colors are "all over the place" in the industry because the names are often assigned for marketing or trademark purposes, rather than what the artist needs to know.
