We bought our first Pearl door counter a few months ago, and have gained so much insight into how our business is performing that we decided to add another one to capture traffic into other areas of our business. Installation and set up is a breeze. The data we get has helped us properly staff the store based on hourly and daily traffic. It has saved us thousands in wasted labor, and gained us thousands in sales in just a few months.

The Pearl Smart People Counter is easy to set up and works well! The directional tracking is accurate, and the app makes it simple to get clear, real-time reports. Great for tracking foot traffic. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We love the product; it does what we need it to do—count. The ONLY thing that we did not fully understand is that if you don't purchase a plan, you can only see the data back four weeks.

This software and hardware have been a game changer for our library. The devices are easy to install, minimalist and reliable. The low cost price tag makes these affordable for those of us on a tight budget. The software has been accurate and user friendly. Customer service has been extremely helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this product and software!

We needed counters for our two doors. It served it's purpose well, and set up was easy. Review is a cumulation of three users: This software has tremendous capability for capturing data and creating stories around who is visiting, when, and why. It can be a great advocacy partner in the ever prevalent be-visible/relevant-or-die cloud that hangs over libraries. As a data person I advocate for it. The team is supportive, the software is user friendly, and the data capture capability is robust. Up front time is needed to set up the software to get the most out of it in the long run; however, if all one is looking for is numbers in, numbers out, very little effort is required.I’ve had no problems. Customer service has been great.Customer service, profile set up and maintenance, training have worked well. Easy to update profiles, status and access as well as running reports. Rep very eager to provide one or more trainings via zoom, either as a group or one on one, and she was VERY RESPONSIVE. Only glitch that I can recall was regarding the initial billing with application of discounts vs. initial purchase and add service purchase, invoice clarity for reconciliation (not wrong , just hard to extrapolate and apply to the state mandated reconciliation process and documentation), and I believe some sort of documentation regarding international fees. Otherwise process very easy.It is creepy though that the vendor can track whether or not customers submitted reviews!

We had been struggling to find a way to tie our advertising dollars to store traffic and had unsuccessfully tried manually counting as well as having stand-alone door clickers but, inevitably, someone would forget to take the numbers down each day and it would ruin the whole week.After doing some searching and not finding anything that fit a small retail store budget I came across the Pearl. The price fit our budget and it accomplishes everything we needed and more. 1) It counts and uploads without daily human intervention, 2) it keeps a history that can be analyzed with effective reports, and 3) it's priced to where it makes sense for small retail.I'm very happy with the Pearl and the after purchase support has been very helpful with help me to understand the functionality and get full use out of the product.
