Absolute gem! This smart dryer is really good. It has a 10 kg capacity does it's job efficiently and economically and has a lot of different operating options. It has WiFi capability and a mode where you download an app on your phone so you can operate it remotely, it has it's own switch off jingle too. Best buy ever! It's easy to operate, has a water tank under the condenser unit for collecting the excess water. The filter is easy to pull it and de fluff. It's also quite quiet too. Definitely superb value for mony

This is a magnificent 10 kilo dryer which can dry up to 22 pounds of washing please be aware that the the water tank is built into the bottom of the machine and not in the glass door on this model as you can see from some of the photos it is a very good energy saving machine doesn't make much noise would be easy to empty for basically a normal person but please be aware if you are elderly or not very good on your legs this machine maybe some kind of disadvantage. But apart from that it works fantastically and dries very economical lea with all settings from 30 minutes up to two hours an easy control dial to work easy to fill up and what can you say a very clever appliance but please be aware this machine has a tank at the bottom where some of the other models may have the tank built into the glass door for easier emptying but apart from that I fantastic drier.

I’m very impressed with this new tumble dryer. It extracts far more water than my previous dryers. It handles very large loads with ease, making laundry days so much simpler. Overall, it’s efficient, reliable, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-performing dryer.

Bought this in July 23.. was working great when we first got it although the dry settings seem a bit long and had to put on twice many times.. At first the door hinge started cracking and eventually broke so we replaced the hinge.. although annoying I didn't mind that so much.. A week ago I went to put a load on and the machine wasn't working.. didn't see anything obvious until I went to unplug it and realised it had shorted out and burned a hole through the plug and socket.. no bang..no smell.. no warning.. nothing except it tripped the switch ... changed plug and fuse and was working OK again for just under a week and it happened again..this time I was there to witness it before it went up in flames.. I have had many tumble dryers Condenser and vented.. never ever have I experienced this with any of them.. I have 5 young kids at home and to think what could of happened with no warning either is too terrifying to even think about. Never ever will I buy this brand again. Amazon have been great by arranging a collection and refunding me so I can get another .. just wanted to share my experience with this dryer.. it was a eye opener .. a very scary one which could of ended with a totally different outcome.

A bit complicated for me but I can make it work. I've had this tumble dryer for 10 months abd it works perfectly well so far. Good capacity. Better if remote controlled because you can easily change the settings depending on the type of laundry,you can set the time and settings whereas manual it only allows maximum 59 minutes and you have to restart again until the clothes are dry. The only problem is I have to reset the remote control every time and it's not easy to reconnect, takes multiple attempts to put on remote control on.

Is a real pig to operate. It seems to start when it feels like it, and there is no definitive method to simply switch it on. Turn the dial, press the button, and wait...and wait... On the plus side, it eventually does what it says, but we expected that from a condenser dryer. Not user-friendly.

Bought this a year ago. Very good dryer. Water collector a bit of a pain to empty but all in all a good dryer
