Aside from it fitting perfectly on the ps5. It does nothing else. The fan is really loud in and noisy. The speed isn’t close to enough to help cool down anything. Your ps5 will get hot and stay hot no matter how long this is turned on. I do not recommend. Hopefully be able to return the item and try another one out. UPDATE. Was contacted by the seller for the issue and was resolved immediately. The customer service is great and the product was replaced with a new one and it works perfectly! Super quiet, great RGB colors. The 3 modes are great depending on your gameplay and time playing. %150 would recommend this item to anyone needing a cool way to style up and cool down your console.

Easy to install low profile fan housing, fan is quiet, it does lower the exhaust temperature but that varies from game to game depending on the processor demand of the game played, I believe that the open fan frame disperses the exhaust better than a fully enclosed fan if the unit is near a wall or hard surface, the lighting is not distracting.

I probably wouldn't have even left a review, even though it had an issue on day two. But when they contacted me to ask what I thought of it, and I told them the situation, their response was just to keep tapping it because that's what I had to do to get the fan to stop making a noise. That's their solution instead of fixing it properly by sending another one and asking for the faulty one back. So I wouldn't buy from them until they put some research into fixing that problem. I changed my review to a five-star because they fixed the problem and sent me a new one free of charge it arrived within one day from my experience you just voice your concerns with any faulty products and then leave a review don't do what I did and review first lol.

I got a unit that was new and it’s definitely not quiet. I’ve been around systems and PCs for years (30+) to know a quiet fan when it’s supposed to be quiet. This is NOT quiet. I can hear it from across the room. Also the build quality is cheap. The fans are also open from the side, nothing to enclose them and protect them from cables or anything falling into the fans. The switch also has no memory. Although it defaults to ON, each time I turn off and put the PS5 into rest mode, the USB port is powered again turning on the fans when the PS5 is not on. I know USB is powered so you can charge the controllers, however there is no reason for the fan to be running overnight. Very disappointed. Will be getting another brand that is more enclosed and actually provides a real USB v3 pass-thru also.

Works as advertised. You can only use one USB port with this on. Most units last about a year before the noise starts up. Value is ok because the units are not made sturdy, just average vs the cost

These PS5 cooling fans work great! They’re easy to install, keep the console cooler during long gaming sessions, and don’t add much noise. My son is thrilled with them, and it definitely helps maintain the PS5’s performance. Highly recommend!

So far so good. PlayStation kept overheating and shutting down. Hasn't since cooling fan installation. Was easy to install. Quiet. Happy with my purchase as of so far.
