Atkin products are always a great purchase. I have been using this protein shake for years and the quality has been amazing. It’s a great protein replacement following bariatric surgery. I enjoy the texture and it’s not chalky. The other flavors are just as delicious. The low carbohydrates are perfect and cause minimal disturbance to blood sugar levels.I highly recommend this product.

Comparing it to muscle milk, it is okay. Taste is decent, but muscle milk is superior on all levels, minus thickness, this drinks like a flavored milk, not a protein shake.
