I used this machine for the first time, and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s amazing and easy to use. The features that impressed me the most was the suction and the water heater. The suction is 5x better than my Bissel and it heats the water to the point where it steams (about 180-200 degrees). Everything worked perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. I am excited to use it for my future detailing jobs. Definitely a must buy!

Well, I decided to upgrade to a larger and more powerful shampoo machine. I saw the reviews of new machines having poor quality control on the internals. Mine did too. Filled up the machine, turned the heater on and came back 20 minutes to give it a go. BUT the pump wouldn’t work and the machine smelled like something was burning. Turned everything off immediately and then found all of the pooling water under my shop tiles. Opened the unit and found that the pump motor is barely held in and moving all over the place and was leaking all of the water. So who knows that damage is done to the internals now. Absolutely disappointed in this experience considering it was 900 bucks after tax. Also during unboxing all of the screws on the machine were super lose and now looking inside there are a handful of electrical connections that are loose too. Have so many cars coming in that are booked for shampooing in the next 2 weeks and our old machine died on us after 3 years. This didn’t even last 1 day let alone one use!!!

we have a professional floor and upholstery cleaning business. We use this all the time on smaller spots and upholstery. It does a great job. We have used it probably over 60 times now and have no problems.

There is a lot of amazing things about this machine. Easy to fill with clean water, draining the dirty water is great, suction and hot water features are awesome. However...... I noticed a small puddle under my machine but I had spilled a little water when filling the tank so I didnt think much of it. Machine was working great until I turned on the heater. Took less than 10 minutes before I had water everywhere. I quickly turned of the machine and drained the remaining water. Got online, saw reviews of others receiving machines with cracked water tanks and defective hoses. Several cutomes said they experienced terrible customers service so decided to skip a frustrating call and fix the problem myself. Opened the machine tank and hoses looked good. Poured about a liter of clean water into the machine and turned it on. Didn't see an obvious leak until I turned the heater on. It wasnt long before seeing a fan of water spraying out of the brass fitting. A trip down to my local hardware store to purchase a $2.87 brass fitting and the machine was working great minus leaking water. I'm not thrilled spending nearly $800 and getting a machine with a cracked brass fitting but it's better than having to purchase a $100 water tank.

The unit arrived defective right out of the box. Water is leaking from the machine during normal use, making it impossible to operate. This is a clear factory defect. The seller refused to accept a return. I contacted Amazon support multiple times directly, but received no response or resolution. For a professional machine at this price, this return policy is unacceptable. You should not have to deal with a defective product on your own.

Hasta ahora todo bien, solo que es más pequeña de lo que nos imaginamos me asusté al comprarlo por que tenía malos comentarios que habían llegado dañadas pero hasta ahora todo bien. No es para trabajos muy grandes pero si podemos lavar un colchón o una sala.

Estoy comprando un producto 100% Nuevo no es justo que llegue dañado es algo que se compró con mucho esfuerzo para mejorar mi negocio para que al final de todo llegué un equipo dañado el cual no me servira

Tengo un problema y es que tira constantemente agua 💧 comenzó con una gota constante pero cada vez tira más y solo la he utilizado 4 ocasiones
