I'l looking at the amazon page for the dmc-lx10k but everyone is commenting on the lx-7. what is the difference between the two?

Huge, actually. The lx10 has 1" sensor, much larger than the lx7 and much higher resolution, 20 megapixels vs. 10. In addition, the lx10 has most all of Panasonic's many other innovations that have come to market in other cameras since the lx7, including 4K video, depth from defocus to aid focus speed and accuracy, etc. The lx10 is thoroughly modern, while the lx7 reflects a much earlier state of the art, circa 2012. Honestly it is very irritating that Amazon bundles the reviews for the two models, they should absolutely be reviewed separately. Hope this helps.

For video, what is the maximum record time? Is there an input jack for a separate microphone?

In 4K mode the camera is limited to 15 minute segments. In 4K mode, when 15 min is reached it stops recording, however when it stops you can immediately hit the record button and it starts another 15 minute recording cycle. You can repeat this over and over until the battery goes dead or the memory card fills up. The good news is overheating does not seem to be an issue with this camera. There is no input jack for an external mic... but the built-in mike does great when recording at ranges closer to the camera. When recording indoors if you go beyond 5 feet or so you have to be aware of the rooms acoustics.

Does this camera dmc lx-10k have wifi ?

Is this camera good for getting sharp clear pictures in dark or limited light areas with lots of movements, like concerts & comicons?

Low light yesDon't know about concert. Love this camera. As good as my Nikon 7200 pictures and better in low light
