The invisible ink marker came all dried out, unable to write at all. How do I get a replacement pen?

Hi! Please reach out to our customer services department and we would be happy to help- toys@playmatestoys.com

Does the ear piece actually work? We have tried 2 different ones and they both don’t work

Our earpiece worked (this was actually a higher quality kit than I expected). We have had to replace the battery once because the button was accidentally being pressed constantly by the plastic piece that goes around the ear.
