The costumer service nice - first time I've received the package red clay container opened and red powder was all over it. I should have know better then and listen to my gut telling me just return the items (Red and Green clay) but no ... I asked for exchange. ...(Green clay had aluminum as part of the ingredients ...)Red Clay yes ... OMG!!!! the Red Clay is so hard to wash off!!! 5min application followed by 2hours of complete Cleaning French Red Clay horror from everywhere!!!!! I had hard time washing it of my hands...uhhhh, dumbly I've already applied the mud on my face :( washing my face turn in to taking full blown shower turn in to complete bathroom spring cleaning :(why two stars ...1) Costumer service is nice.2) Incase you want to experiment, and run around clothes off for 7 nights straight with no shoer @ Burning Man Festival the Red Clay can be very useful. Clay keeps your skin temperature cool and natural sun block. ..plus keeping all the parasites off your skin.

Amazing! I had been using AZTEC SECERT bentonite clay for face masks and body wraps. That has nothing on this French red clay! This smoothed my skin gave me a glow and removed rough patches only after 1 use. I mixed it with apple cider vinegar. I will only use the bentonite clay for body wraps now. Since that comes in bulk and is cheaper. Definitely going to be only using this brand of French clay on my face. I also ordered the pink and green clay to see which one is best.

This stuff is horrible stain’s everything including wash cloth to remove it and it’s very hard to remove. Would not recommend
