Beautiful model kit and all materials are included. However, no tools or glue is included, which was a bit disappointing, so I would recommend getting a decent tool kit together : good scissors, tweezers, steel ruler, a good craft glue and pliers. I’m lucky in that I have a jewellery making kit already and these tools are perfect for this construction .This is my second kit and I love it. It can be fiddly and looks scary, but following the instructions item by item and in the order in which they appear, it’s actually relatively easy, just take your time.It’s all-absorbing and keeps me out of mischief for hours.

I loved every bit of this house kit, the instructions are very detailed and are very helpful , the music box is a lovley touch, I will definitely be buying more , I'm going to build them.for my channels and will recommend this store to others in the video

I absolutely loved doing this, it was very time consuming and fiddly at times but the end result was amazing. My only problems were that the doors and Windows didn’t fit so I had to sand them and the material was sparse and I ran out at one point. The instructions take a bit of getting used too but overall it was very enjoyable, great value for money and it arrived really quickly.

Bought this kit as had just finished renovating a dolls house. The kit is fairly easy to put together and I customised it with my own fabrics and paint colours. I'm really enjoying it. Great kit with lots of pieces to make things. However as I read in other reviews, the windows don't fit. I've had to spend ages sanding them down to get them to fit which is a pain. But I knew this before I bought the kit so I was prepared to put the work in. Hope you enjoy doing this kit as much as I have.

Loved doing this. Only the 2nd one I’ve done, not too difficult and looks very cute.

This is my 8th model and I am very disappointed, compared to my other kits the parts are ill fitting and the actual number of parts is far less for the same cost. .To get the windows to fit into the openings needs the wood shaving off (sanding isn’t going to remove the amount needed to be removed) otherwise they won’t fit, and the door won’t fit into the door frame. Instructions could be clearer. Although the base looks to be included it is in fact an additional purchase. Comparing this kit to my previous purchases i don’t think that it is value for money, I emailed the company about a part for which I cannot find any instructions for, (see photo) I had an immediate response saying that they were having a two day break but five days later there hasn’t been a response.

Great quality kit and a gift that was so well perceived by my mother in law who has built about 40+ houses and room sets in the past 2/3 years.I read the criticism that the chassis itself is complete and told her before but while being a very experience dollhouse builder she found it challenging enough with all the very small parts / detailsAll items are good quality and set under a purpose built dust cover she did along with grass, plants, etc. she gets plenty of praise and is really delighted with it.It is quite hard to find a kit that she did not do yet and this was a completely different subject/theme which she really liked.

The kit looks very pretty from the outside and the components are also pretty but the instructions are hard to follow, the pieces dont always go together properly and this results in a shoddy looking finish. Also, all of the wires for the lights are NOT long enough. I am not able to light it up because if this, and this is after measuring all the placements of lights and fittings etc. This seems to be the normal for this brand of kit and after completing 14 different kits now I have decided I will not be buying any more. They looks pretty but very poor instructions and unobtainable finish. Wouldn't recommend.
