We got these because our small dog was slipping and eventually scared to go up the stairs by herself. With the carpet stair treads she can maneuver the stairs normally. The non-slip feature is good.

I got these for my dog who was slipping on our hardwood stairs. They work great! One of my main concerns was how soft they would be because most stair treads tend to be rough. That is not the case with these and I have no issues walking barefoot on them. These came folded but there was no crease or issue keeping them flat. I do wish they were a little more adhesive but that’s just my preference. They definitely still stay where you put them and I guess the light adhesive is protective for the hardwood. Another added bonus is they make the stairs a lot more quiet. Overall very happy

So far no issues. They are pretty and soft and have held up to teenagers cleats and going up and down the stairs all day long doing laundry. Easy to vacuum as well.

I have a senior dog that likes to sleep in the basement at night and I was getting worried about her falling down my unfinished wood staircase. These seemed like an inexpensive solution so I ordered enough to cover my 11 stairs. Upon their arrival, I was initially a little skeptical about how well they’d stay in place since there wasn’t really any adhesive to stick them down, just some rubbery backing strips. I followed all the installation instructions, cleaned the stairs well and put the carpet steps down and they’ve been great! My dog seems to have an easier time and I feel more comfortable when she’s going up or down. The material isn’t exactly what you’d traditionally think of as carpet but it does the trick and it’s inexpensive.

For the money ($69.99 for 15) I expected better quality. This is maybe half a step up from an industrial pile carpet, definitely not plush. Also there is no stick to the back, just a non-adherent anti-slip grip. If I decide to keep, will definitely go back with some type of carpet tape to adhere as these will be a fall risk in and of themselves without. Edges not bound well and already shedding. Ugh.Update; after a week on the stairs I am pleasantly surprised, they have barely moved. Don’t know if we are being delicate with them or they really are well gripping. Dog loves them and now considers the stairs Racetrack 2.0

Our intrepid grandson was due to visit and we wanted something as a temporary cover to secure our open tread wooden stairs for his visit without ruining the surface of the wood. These stair treads have exceeded our expectations! They are soft to the touch, nicely finished off, easy to lay, can be repositioned if required and, incredibly, do not move at all! They stick like glue, but without the glue. Incredibly they are also an identical match to our sage green carpet! Ok, the colour match was a bizarre fluke for us but they look so good and work so well that they are definitely staying in place.
