Within a month it stopped working, which really delayed the release of her album. It broke within a month and didn't record any longer. I contacted Shure and they wouldn't do a straight refund, or replace the item. I had to fill out a huge form and arrange for my client to post it to them at her own cost an inconvenience before SHURE would do anything. Super disappointed we couldn't just get it replaced or they give me a refund. It delayed the release of her album for weeks as we had to find an alternative.
