First, I had to have this because I LOVE Criminal Minds and this is Penelope’s mug!!! Secondly, it’s a great mug! It’s large, doesn’t feel hot, washes well and is perfectly pink! Buy it!

Soooo Coooooool
I can’t go into a zoom meeting without someone commenting on the coffee cup I’m drinking out of. It’s super cute and vibrant. A little tough to clean but not terrible.

The quality of this is actually really good! It can be a bit hard to clean if you don’t have a dishwasher, and the inward edge is a bit awkward sometimes but otherwise I really love this mug. It’s super funky and fun

Like it, but one flaw
I have had this mug in the past and it broke. (My fault- dropped something on it in the sink.) I LOVED my first one, but this one came with a little ‘lip’ around the top of the cup and it is a bit funny to drink out of. Sometimes I have to almost put mylip over the mug to make sure none dribbles. Again, my first one didn’t do this so must be luck of the draw.

Hänkel hat einen Riss, Innenseite ist schwer zu reinigen, Boden hat ungleichmäßige Färbung und anders als im Ersten Bild sind die Saugnäpfe keine Kreise sondern Punkte wie in den restlichen Bildern

It arrive smashed.Packaging is shockingly poor...how can you allow this to happen? Please look at it. This is my favorite mug ,I own one already.I reorder it. I do hope it 'll arrive in secure wrapping.Fingers crossed....
