what is the difference between the lotion & the mouse ?

I’ve never tried the Mousse but I love the lotion. It works perfectly for me. I use the Light Bronze on my neck and arms and the Dark Bronze on my legs.

If i use this on my face daily for instant color, will i be able to take the product completely off if I wash with soap and water nightly?

I don’t know for sure but it is hard to wash off hands after applying on arms and legs. So it might not wash off.

what is better the cream or the mousse?

I like the cream but never tried the mousse. The cream doesn't leave streaks if you apply it correctly.

I do have fair skin. But can i use the medium to tan lotion for a deeper color or do i need to use the fair to light skin color?

I think you can use the medium to tan one. They are not dramatic results. Try a good layer after exfoliating yourself.
