I just love these mugs. Such a fab design and quality. I'm so fussy about mugs, they have to be china, not have too thick a rim and be of a good diameter at the top, I hate a mug that's too slim. These are just perfect and I adore the colour and geese design. I just wished the company made a slightly larger version of the same mug.

Probably my fault, but these cups are a tad smaller than all my other similar capacity mugs.

These mugs are sort of a cross between a cup and a mug, in that they are larger than a standard cup, but smaller than a normal mug.They are made from china, so the material is thinner and lighter than a conventional mug and more like a china teacup, they are decorated with an attractive, mainly blue pattern, this is very well applied and looks pin sharp. Their smaller size gives them a more sophisticated appearance than conventional mugs, but are less formal than a cup and saucer.We will use these for tea, we prefer a larger mug for coffee, but they will still give a more generous volume of tea than a cup, and of course for some reason tea always tastes better from a china drinking vessel.I have warmed up drinks in our microwave and they have also been through the dishwasher a few times and appear to live up their claims to be microwave and dishwasher safe.A quick note about their packaging, they were very well packed in cardboard with dividers between them, this ensured that they arrived in pristine condition.I think that these little mugs are lovely, they are a little bit more expensive than normal mugs at £20.60 for the pack of four, but in my view this is justified by their quality and their construction from china.Thank you for reading my review. These are listed as mugs but to me they are more a tea cup size mug than what I class as a mug at only holding 300mls. They have a straight slightly angled sides with a subtle lip or flute at the top and a nice teacup style handle. Very pretty and dainty and hence why they are more to me like a teacup. The flowery pattern wraps almost around the whole mug but stops and starts either side of the handle. One of my mugs the pattern had slightly slipped as I was able to see a flash of white at the bottom instead of the pattern flowing from top to bottom but still a really nice set to give as a gift or keep for yourself and a bonus at being dishwasher safe. Would I recommend yes, even with a slight flaw but maybe the price point is a little high if flaws are to appear.
