Sure helps
The amplifier work well for my moderate hearing lose. The are not very noticeable while they are in the ear. My only complaint is that every 1/2 hour or so I need to push them back into the ear canal because they work their selves out. I have tried each of the different size of little cones and none of them hold the aids into place for any duration of time.Update:I have now had these for approximately 6 months and have now been able to find a great fit with the cones and the aids stay very nicely. I do not know if it because I continued to wear and they molded to my ear or what but I now have no problem with them needing pushing back into place repeatedly.highly recommend.

Should have known better...
If you are in the market for hearing aids then you are probably aware that well know brands such as miracle ear and nu-ear are very expensive. I purchased nu-ear hearing aids 10 years ago. I couldn't believe how well they worked and how much they restored my hearing. I have been 100% satisfied with them.My hearing specialist recently told me that I should replace those hearing aids because they are outdated and if they were to malfunction would probably be more expensive to repair than they are worth. Before spending thousands of dollars on new name brand hearing aids again I decided to try these inexpensive Audien hearing aids just to see if they were as effective.Well, the answer is a resounding "NO!". They are well packaged and include everything needed, but they are uncomfortable to wear and do little to improve hearing. They whistle when anything comes close to the ear. It is impossible to converse on a telephone without removing them from the ear.In short, even though good hearing aids cost much more, they are worth every penny compared to cheap devices such as these. I will be visiting nu-ear this week to order new, quality hearing aids that work.

Not bad for $200
They are adjustable, they improve hearing once you adjust them but after awhile wearing them they make your ear canal itch. Probably due to being a generic, non custom fit. But for a bargain aid, you won't do much better.

They work as advertised
These are sound amplifiers. With my hearing problem they work perfectly. I have been using them for several months now and I find that I only need to use one at a time in either ear. I can follow conversations when eating out and my neighbors no longer complain about my TV being too loud. I am listening to the Olympics as I write this with one in my right ear for about 6 hours. In my first set one was defective going wonky after about 1 hour but they replaced it with a new set. No problem. They do quite a good job on conversations. I have no problem recommending these for use as intended. They are not invisible but neither I nor anybody I know cares. I paid about $250 and I feel they are well worth the money. Audien EV3.

Does not stay in the ear!
I purchased because it was advertised that it was smaller than the original Audien. Yes, it is smaller, however, does not stay securely in the ears. Disappointed because the other features are good.

Not very durable.
One of the hearing aids stoped charging after 6 months. Filed several warranty claims for a replacement but never received a replacement.

Cost effective and surprisingly good
Over last two years my wife’s hearing has been significantly worsened and now I have to almost shout for her hear me and it makes me very tiring. My wife has been using this hearing amplifier for two weeks and amazed by it’s effect without noticeable noise unless driving. And I don’t need to shout to her any more. Only cost $250 but comparable or better than prescription hearing aid which cost $4k-$6k.

Bad quality
I ordered these for my mother on January of 2022 and probably received them by the beginning of February. My mom does not even use them that much and about a month ago the right one stopped working: I charge it and the light turns on but there is no sound. I emailed the company at the beginning of April and received no reply. A few days ago I left a message through their website and that did work. I received some instructions for clearing the wax. I tried that but it still does not work, and because i am 3 months past the warranty then all they offer is to purchase this again with a tiny discount. I would not recommend this product unless you want to see this a a subscription to a probably poorly constructed product that is not going to last.
