Wow. I did not think I’d find a case for my old 160gb iPod classic. This thing fits like a glove and covers all scratches on the back of the iPod. Looks like a brand new piece of technology. I liked it so much, I actually ordered a second case for future use in case this one wears out. I’m constantly dropping things due to extremely dry hands so this prevents that problem. Great firm grip to it. Speedy shipping too. Thank you.

Fits 6th Gen 120 GB iPod classic beautifully.Great case! This case covers the wheel button, but does not cover screen. To avoid scratches, I prefer to have a film over the screen anyways. The silicone seems thick enough for decent protection in case of drops. No issues using the wheel button through the case. All parameter functions (cable plug-in, headphone jack and lock button) are accessible. I don't utilize the headphone card management and actually like that it raise the iPod. Plus it's a little more protection! I would recommend it...

It was perfectly snug. I fixed my husband's old iPod, and gave it back to him with better settings (who has it dim after 5 seconds?!) for Christmas. Since this iPod does not have a speaker, you can either wrap a pair of earphones or an auxillary cord on the cord management thing on the back. Also, it did not attract my cat who loves to chew on wires (cat proofed the earphones) and anything silicone.

Because I workout with the ipod in my pocket, it hits the floor often. Great protection.I have no problem adjusting volume, going forward or backwards, although my daughters did not so she cut out the cover over the turning section.

Great way to protect an iPod Classic. Durability, however, is not very great. I ordered two of these, both ripped upon installing. One was not badly torn so I kept it. The other I returned. This kind of skin would be pointless to buy if you needed to remove and return iPod Classic back into the skin. The product fits well and looks and feels great; yet the quality is subpar. I would not buy this product again.

This is a cover for the older, "classic" iPods. I have a Sixth Generation 120GB iPod classic and this fits it fine. It is not for an iPod nano or one of the thicker iPods. It is basically a piece of Silicon in the shape of an iPod classic that slips over it. I would classify this as good for "everyday" use to keep your iPod protected. Everyday use being things like carrying it in a bag and then putting it on a dock (such as a radio that has a 30 pin connector) at your office or in a bedroom, or hooking it up to an aux connection in a car, this is fine. I would not, however, use this if you want to take your iPod with you when you go jogging or something like that where there is a risk of it falling on the pavement. It does not have any screen protection at all, so if it falls on a hard enough surface at the right angle, it will still get broken. But, if you generally use it in a situation in which the hardest thing it is likely to fall on is a carpeted floor or the floor of your car, then this will be fine to keep it protected and keep it from getting scuffed up. The wheel on the iPod can be a bit hard to turn when you first put this on, but once you get used to it and figure out how hard you have to press as you are turning, it is not that hard.

The first DOL Jam Jacket lasted about 5 years. It started showing wear and tear about two years ago. It could have been the hand lotion that was damaging the Jam Jacket. I replaced it a few weeks ago and works just fine. I'll make sure this time I don't have hand lotion. I'll wear gloves. The quality is excellent and it has a nice grip.

We dug out our old iPod and I couldn't believe I could still get a case for it. The best part for me is the earbuds wrap on the back. I still had some old Apple headphones and this made it perfect.
