It has three answering method for your chose, handset, headset and handsfree speaker phone. Ad there is a point that you should to know. Press the headset button on the phone to transfer the answering method. When you chose one of the method, the corresponding indicator light will on. 4. This call center phone has a record jack on the back of the phone,I can record calls for some reason. Good function, too. I recommend this corded phone. Oh, indation, the headset is also high quality, which has volume control and mute function. In short, highly recommend!

It works well for what I need. There's no volume control unless you use the headset though, at lease I could not find it, but it's not a big deal because I use the headset most of the time.
