If someone was to ask me, what one supplement would you recommend? Without any reservation, it would be Standard Process Cataplex B . My reasons are the following; B4 has been removed from every B complex on the market. It was removed decades ago. I did the research...my own and this is true. Please check this out. It's surprising. B4 energizes your heart and I am convinced this is the reason for our hearts weakness or heart disease. Do you remember wheat germ? Wheat germ is one of nutrients providing B4 Okay, my personal experience that led me to my conviction. Yes, cardiovascular disease runs in my family and I have had high cholesterol. 2005 ... everything went crazy after a terrible infection that overwhelmed my immune system...my lymphatic system. I gained 50 lbs of lymph fluid, had to use a walker and had some enlargement of my heart. Lymphedema...doctors are slowly understanding it but when it started No help...laughed at etc. Dr. West from Health Alert was sending me advertisements to subscribe to his newsletter and you receive his book on protocols using Standard Process ..along with other helpful information...most importantly was information on wholefoods supplements, understanding what your body recognizes...including the B4 issue. I subscribe and order the products. The first year I lost 20...25 lbs of lymph fluid...walking and after 2 years. No more walker. Now I live on a fixed income so I had to cut down on my supplements but Cataplex B and 3 others I was able to get. 2019 I weighed 149 lbs...by October...weigh 124lbs. Lab work Cholesterol down HDL up to 67 No longer pre diabetic I did add Cataplex GTF Glucose tolerance...has chromium part of B Complex A-F Beta Foods and digestive enzymes...protease combination This year I did not have the money to buy my supplements until this March Only able to buy the B...GTF. Two weeks now My energy has returned....feel joy and I am happy. If you want to start..start with B You do need to improve nutritional foods. Slowly cut out sodas...process foods...Mediterranean diet is good. More feeling great...you are giving your heart what it's begging for. A strong heart is key

I did get a brochure by Dr. Bruce West about diabetes and cardio problems. I have type two diabetes and have some mild heart problems and neuropathy in my feet and hands. My heart is speeding up all the time and slowing down and this is not a good thing. I spoke to my Doctor about vitamin b-4 and he said; try it, and see what happens. Within two weeks my heart stopped speeding up and slowing down. It stays and feels steady even during cardio. Also, my feet and hands feel about 50% better and most of the painful pain is gone and all that remains is that fuzzy feeling that has gotten better no doubts but is still there to a much lesser degree. I have read some very negative claims on line about Dr. Bruce west and standardize process vitamin company. I don't know either one of them and have not dealt personally with either of them. But it does seem the cataplexy b 360 is absolutely helping in the areas that Dr. Bruce West said it would . By the way Dr. Bruce West is a chiropractor not an M.D from my research.

Like all of Standard Process products, Cataplex B is top notch. I've used this and other of their products for many years and have recommended them to people with issues for which vitamin B complex is vital. It isn't just a vitamin B, it is the whole spectrum that you would find in whole natural foods which all work synergistically to better one's health. I could write more but just "eat" this for a while and prove to yourself the benefits. The number of tablets to take depends on how ill you might be. I would start out with 2 twice per day, and I would chew them and swallow with water. Then I would increase the number if I felt the need. Pay attention to how you are feeling. AND leave out all junk and sugary foods - they are a huge detriment to one's health and even destroys the B's in your body.. Vitamin B is necessary to handle stress, depression, and a myriad of other ailments. I even give a half tablet to my 18 pound cat and he LOVES them. Don't expect to chew them and be delighted with the flavor yourself, but for me, I want the benefit to go to work immediately. That's all folks.
