can you make ravioli with this? and maybe adjust thickness of dough?

Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you very much for taking the time to ask a question about our Pasta Maker.If you would like you can make Ravioli by adjusting the thickness of the dough.  When making the pasta you would roll it through the Pasta Maker until it very thin, add your ravioli filling and place another sheet of pasta over that and cut it with ravioli cutter. Can one make a vegetable pasta or does it only handle flour
