I love making a hibiscus tea drink for summer gatherings. It’s a great non-alcoholic drink for family members that don’t drink. I typically mix in green or lavender along with a tiny bit of simple syrup and toss in some in-season berries and sparkling water. It taste like like the drink we buy at the coffee shop. This is a huge container that I’m sure will last the entire summer. Love the taste.

This is a large plastic cannister of dried, organic hibiscus powder.It makes a nice, red beverage, either hot or cold. My favorite way to enjoy it is to make iced tea with a few tablespoons of the powder. Bright red, earthy flavor, and refreshing. The flavor is best with a bit of added sugar or honey, but it's just as refreshing without any added sugars.Despite a large shrink wrapping around the entire cannister and a foam seal under the cap, the hibiscus powder was leaking out of the container. Perhaps more attention to detail when processing and packing the power is needed.The outer shrink wrapping was difficult to remove, an excessive amount of plastic and required a sharp edge to open.The twist-off cap is large and may be difficult for smaller hands to maneuver.Priced at about $23 at the time of our review -- a reasonable, if not premium, price for hibiscus powder.

*this review is based on rose petal powder, but thats what they sent me instead*- pretty pink color- mixes easy in a bottle with a lid- good benefits for skin- doesn't come with a scooper- I like that it is organic/non-gmo- nice floral [rose] flavor- good addition to smoothies!

I really like this Hibiscus powder. It's so versatile! It smells very good and a little goes a long way. You can sprinkle it on just about anything. Add a little flavor to your oatmeal, shake, or tea. The taste isn't very strong at the recommended serving but does add a little something. You can also mix it into your face masks or shampoo (it doesn't stain) just leaves you feeling soft and smelling great. Whatever you mix it in, it mixes well and doesn't clump. Hibiscus has a lot of benefits, so this is a great product considering it's versatility to use it many ways!

This hibiscus powder is top notch! Here are some quick thoughts:TASTE: Excellent, potent, and fresh. Tastes as good as my brewed-from-teabags tea.EASE OF USE: In the past I've brewed my hibiscus tea using pre-made sachets and hot water. This powder makes making a cold or hot tea even easier without sacrificing taste. Because it's in powdered form it's also fun to experiment with adding it to different teas, dishes, and dressings.QUALITY: As far as I can tell this is top notch quality. The powder is really fine and dissolves well, it appears fresh and colorful, and best of all it tastes great.PRO-TIP: mix a bit of this powder in with your green tea. I've been making cold brew hibiscus green tea and it has become my go-to lunchtime drink. TASTY! It also pairs very well with Acai powder.

Unfortunately the product I received tastes and smells like rose rather than hibiscus, which was highly disappointing. We were looking for hibiscus flavor and this fell short.

I ordered the Organic Aura hibiscus powder but received the rose petals powder. As such, my review is based on the rose petals powder. It is a very fine powder with a light rosy flavor and aroma. It doesn't dissolve completely in water, resulting in a bit of settlements at the bottom. I used it in my tea and it imparts a nice, rosy flavor to it. It is subtle, pleasant and fresh.I like that it comes in a wide-mouth plastic container with an inner lid under the screw-on lid. It has some powdery mess around the opening probably due to the factory filling process but the bottle itself is plastic wrapped for tamper protection. Anyway, this is a nice product. It is all-natural and certified organic. Nice, subtle flavor and scent. It is consumable and can also be used for skin beauty. Product of India.

I tried this externally, it would make a great blush...it works great for that. I haven't tried it for tea or anything, we'll see, I'm careful about what I put in my mouth. Like to know what it is and where it has been.
