Nice, comfy pad for my senior cat
This is a nice little self-warming bed for my senior cat. She’s very petite so it’s plenty cushiony to support her body. If you have a large cat, for example a Maine Coon, you’ll probably prefer a thicker bed. This fits nicely in her preferred closet 😁and she seems very pleased. The top has a soft, fluffy short pile, and the bottom is a sort of non-slip fabric. They can lay on either side. We like it.

great option for my cats and dogs during cold winter. Traps and reflects heat. Cozy
As shown and described. Soft fluffy sherpa-like fleece on outside (helps trap heat), interior pad has reflective material (helps reflect heat), slim zipper, slightly grippy bottom.Basically takes the animals heat and helps maintain it by trapping heat and reflecting it back. If animal or environment is actually very cold, then this may not help. For that, you may want to add under it a low watt heated pad. I did this for my elderly cats. They had their favorite place to sleep, and always had both options available 24/7.Good size for any cat and smaller dogs, or larger dogs that dont need their entire body on it. I bought the larger 29" x 19" because I figured if I dont use it for my cats, then my southern rescue dog would appreciate it during the cold northern winters. I can put it on my lap or underneath me if no one liked it.But, My cats liked it just fine, they like it tucked into one of their existing beds. However, I also tried it for my dogs, and as anticipated, my 50 lb mega mutt loves it. I usually put a nice blanket down for her on the couch, similar in material as this is, but it has brought her extra pleasure and comfort to have this slim pad to curl up on whether the blanket it there or not. This isnt my first self warming pad. I have others I have used through the years, and wanted another as the others are in specific locations that the cats sometimes use. This one is different in the top material is fluffy, and more flexible than the other two I own. Both styles are good, this one is pricier than the other I linked to. I think if I bought more, it would be this one. I like the added softness and flexibility, where as the other is slightly more firm. Depends on needs and where it is placed. This is neat. I will feel the warmth after she leaves it. I feel it on the top side as well as the underside. It isnt hot or anything, but it really helps the animal to keep their heat. So no loss but no major gain either. I wouldnt use these necessarily for an outdoor animal on its own. Maybe a very low wattage heat pad, then this with it if it is really cold out. Animal needs to already have some heat of their own in order for this to make sense. They cant heat up the pad if they arent warm. If elements strip away the heat, then this may not help them. But for indoor use, especially cooler environments (we keep our house on cooler side in winter) this can help immensely to keep them comfy. Or for those that simply like warmer sleeping arrangements.

Some cats will be obsessed
Fantastic for some cats.My arthritic cat isn't enamored with it and treats it like any old floor mat or towel. He does not seem aware that it gets warm.Meanwhile, my friends' cats (who also have arthritis!) LOVE it and will stretch out completely after a couple of minutes, fully warmed up and happy.I'd think my cat was spoiled by heated blankets, but one of my friends' cats also has heated blanket access, so... I don't know. Maybe my cat is just picky. But definitely a good product, worth trying out! It's soft, seems high-quality and durable (friends have had theirs for months with no issues), good price for what it is. The review ideas list says I should mention flatness, so: it is very flat. If that's important to you, there you go.

Looks Promising, But the Cats Are Still Deciding!
I purchased the Self-Warming Cat Bed to give the feral cats on my porch a cozier option during colder weather. While the product seems fantastic, the cats haven’t made the switch from their old spot yet. Here’s my take so far:1. Self-Warming Feature: The mat feels warm to the touch after testing it myself, so I’m confident it’ll do a great job once the cats give it a chance.2. Size and Material: It’s the perfect size for a single cat, and the materials feel sturdy. The removable cover is a big plus for easy cleaning.3. Attractive Design: It looks clean and inviting, so I’m hopeful the cats will eventually explore it. Maybe they’re just loyal to their old bed for now!I’ll update my review once the cats start using it, but for now, I’m giving it 4 stars for quality and potential. If you’re buying for outdoor or feral cats, just know it might take them a little time to adjust.

Heated Cat Cushion
My cat loves this so much! She always threw a fit when she'd get kenneled, until I bought her this. This has helped call her so much. It's easy to wash, helps keep her warm, and keeps her comfortable. It fit perfectly in her small kennel. It's very durable, at times my cat will chew and claw at it and it's still intact with no tears. It's worth every penny!

My vet recommended getting a "self heating mat" for my two kittens. More important for winter but definitely still good now (it's still summer). They told me it was cheap didn't require electricity. So I looked for one online and found this one fast. I was a little skeptical since my cats don't care for cat beds. I've bought at least 4 different cat beds prior and they never use them. One of them has become a toy they drag around... The others are just never used... When I first gave them this bed, they didn't know what it was and it briefly became a toy and something to crawl under. But once they got a little time with it, they immediately understood how nice it felt to lay on it. They'd rather sleep on the floor than the other bed. This bed on the other hand, they love it and it makes me so happy. It feels like I didn't waste my money and I know they will actually sleep on something comfy, rather than the floor or in a cardboard box.I highly recommend this item if you have cats. Especially if it gets cold where you live. The bed is designed to generate warmth by taking in the cats' natural body heat and holding it in. sorta like amplifying the heat. I might have to get another one for my office so that they can sleep a bit more comfortably there while I work.

It's self warming like any blanket ever made gets warm from laying on it.
This is just a cheap cat bed. There's nothing "self warming" about it beyond what anything else would be if something slept on it. There's no magical spell making it warmer.
