After taking it for 2 months consistently I noticed my face slimming down and starting to have energy and I started going to the gym more. And I felt that energy go back down when I ran out and didn’t reorder it for a little over 2 months. These fish oil capsules are very good. Easy to swallow. No fishy smell or taste. Cholesterol has been normal. I have been taking these for several months and won't take anything else.

I have used these for years and loved them. They work well and are safe and effective in pregnancies and just normal day to day. As someone that hates fish I have found these to have zero flavor or aftertaste and zero smell making them worth the money in the past. Unfortunately, this last batch I got contains different “other” ingredients and no longer has the coating on them. I am SO sad. I’m hoping this won’t affect aftertaste, but it definitely affects smell because just opening the bottle I can smell the fish now. I’m not sure why they would change a great thing after so many years 😭 you can see in my picture an older/coated pill on the right versus what i just received with my last subscription on the left. Even the bottle has changed.

Love them, I use them everyday. I used them during pregnancy and postpartum. There is no fishy taste.
