This has been a great little laptop/tablet for me. I recently went back to school, and it's online. When I'm studying, I have my computer open to the material, and then I use my laptop to read some of the textbooks out loud, allowing me to see and hear it simultaneously. It seems to help me retain the information better. My son has also been in an accident recently, which has him in a rehabilitation center trying to fully recover. I spend as much time with him as I can, so I will bring my laptop down there and do my homework there sometimes, allowing me to sit with him while still getting my work done. The battery life on this has been good. I don't usually take the charging cord with me, as I'll charge it at home and it lasts the whole time I'm there, so I don't really worry about it too much. I live out in the country, so it's pretty rural out here, but I haven't had a hard time connecting to our Wi-Fi, which is relatively slow, but it keeps up to speed. It's actually faster than my big computer when it comes to connecting to websites and other online services. Overall, I'm happy with the performance and the price!

The item was superb it was an addition to my existing laptops and I very easy to synch with them it's a sturdy item slightly heavier and manufactured In 2023 very clear screen all film clips presentations were clear easy to set up and high quality the price was perfect I already own earlier ASUS products Soeed awesome battery life better than expected can do two tasks simultaneously quick start up functions perfectly quickly it is windows 11 Pro amazing soeed and functionality can access information. Very quickly the fact that you can flip the screen adds to its quality especially for presentations Unfortunately I had to return it due to computer glitch /malfunction I camebpre programmed w windows 11 pro when it synched with my other computer neither Program was functioning I t had both programs but not accessible but things happen I bought another computer same type very happy with it and glad the return went well

This info is for the 4GB/ 224GB storage laptop. This particular laptop DOES come with a stylus. There was massive confusion between the shipper, the manufacturer and Amazon advertising department about whether a stylus comes with the computer. They were all wrong when I was told it did NOT come with a stylus. I can confirm that this specific model does have one. It is not an obvious location. It's inside of a slot on the top right rim of the screen. Good luck

Over the years Chromebooks have dominated the low cost laptop market. This offering from ASUS provides those that need or prefer a Windows OS an option for that at an incredibly attractive price. While the components are quite low end, you can't ignore the fact that it is an incredible value for the price point. While you won't be doing much intense computing or gaming on this device, it does make for a terrific starter laptop for children. It could also be a good option for those that just want to check email, web browse, and do basic computing on a very lightweight and portable device. Pros: - The bargain basement price. - Decent audio. - Very lightweight and sized perfectly for portability. - A trackpad that doubles as a NUM pad. Very cool idea. - A full HD screen. Cons: Storage is limited but you can use external storage if needed.

After trying and returning three chromebooks, I finally got a winner. The case is the same size as my previous one that became unusable after the hinges broke, but the screen is bigger, which I love. I also like the textured keys, as well as the strong hinges. It has nice resolution, and the colors are correct, which was a problem with two of the chromebooks that I returned. I would give it 5 stars, but ASUS will not accept the Amazon invoice as proof of purchase in order to be covered by the warranty. 2/22/24 Update: I purchased this on 9/2/23. One of the two charging ports no longer works. After contacting ASUS regarding the repair, I received this message: "After the team reviewed your invoice it is invalid as the product was not sold to Amazon but to Walmart from ASUS. Therefore, someone else may have resold the product on Amazon and the warranty can't be issued by ASUS. The product is shown from our system it was issued to Walmart and not Amazon Canada. Therefore our team can't grant the warranty based on the invoice provided." I will not buy another ASUS product, and am saying "Buyer Beware" if buying from this seller.

I found the stylus and preceding posts I said it was not with it as I was looking in the box then thought about it. I tried to change my review already posted about not receiving the stylus and could not find where I could delete my previous review.

after a couple weeks it would not turn on until I opened the screen to the full 180 degrees and then it came back to life. I could not duplicate the problem so I am keeping a close eye on it and the warranty time frame. Registering it gave me a year of warranty so that is nice.
