This works great in my Plane holding my mini between the yoke!
Good strong product (plastic). adjustable to hold a full size tablet if wanted.

Works Really Well!!
I thought it was pricey at first, but it turns out to be money well spent.I use it for our navigation tablet in our side by side.The clamping mechanisms work extremely well to make it very versatile for many angles. I ended up needing to glue the ball mount and the adjustable clamp together, because with the rough desert riding, in would come apart as it is meant to. But it works extremely well in this application. It will clamp and hold to a variety of sizes and shapes.I definitely recommend this clamping device.

Tablet holder
Using this with a Samsung tablet for our jeep. Clamp fits the passenger grab bar very well. Tablet holder vibrates some going down the road. Have to see how it holds up

Excellent item
UPDATE: after reviewing this item below, the company contacted me and sent me the right piece/clay so now the whole mount works as it should. As said before, I have bought this before and would buy it again.I have bought this item before and it worked very well. It’s well constructed and seems durable.However, I bought a second mount and it does not come with the same mounting hardware. The ball in the claw portion of the mount is smaller that’s the ball in the iPad mount of the device, therefore you cannot adjust maximum tension to obtain a secure for. It’s loose and it renders the mount useless. See pictures for a better idea of the problem. The claw mount even looks different from the pictures on the instructions.

Works alright.
This mount is alright. We’ve been using it in some fairly extreme circumstances. Definitely not strong enough to keep the tablet in the same spot, as the day goes on the ball can’t really hold the weight and it drops down.Clamp is great though, works perfectly on the 1 3/4 buggy cage.

It’s solid
I use this in my kenworth w900 everyday for my eld tablet and it really is holding up!

Only for small, lighter tablets
Used it with a full size iPad and it could not support the weight. One of the ball ended up snapping off completely after a few days of use.

didn't fit over the yoke of c172. felt flimsy and the pins kept falling out. returned
