Trust me, I have been there...3 times all coming from very heavy benches and they were all "full open repairs." The first one I had was only a 1 centimeter tear and it never healed in 3 years. IF you have a true torn rotator cuff, NOTHING, (except surgery), will correct the problem. ANYBODY who tells you they had one and they did this and that and it finally healed up didn't have a tear to begin with. More likely just a bad strain or severe inflammation from overworking the deltoid area. Simply double that ... 1 1/2 doubled is 3 months... (You still have 1 lb left, which we know, that from your 2 lb container, you get about 14 servings in a lb) (since 2 lbs is 29) which brings you to another 3 (almost) weeks.
