I used the app Smart Life about a year ago and had one of my light switches go into a kind of failure mode. I bought this one as a replacement and did the "Add a new device" and within less than a minute it Identified it, added it to my lineup and fully operational.

I live in a different country 5 months of the year. This allows me to reset my security camera without the need to get someone to physically going to the house. Works fine

Arrived on schedule and works like a charm. Installs like any other light switch. I didn't use tech support and I don't have it hooked up to Alexa or Google Home. I downloaded the App (you have to, or the switch won't work out of the box). Really simple interface if you have any other wi-fi timer devices; works like any other.

It will not pair. It wants the password to your email. It wants access to private information. It's from China the world leader in deceitful business practices and junk merchandise
