I had already red most of his work. This book summarizes the most important points. Good startingpoint for someone who wants to getting to know Schiffmans work. For the (sometimes important) details one has to purchase some of his others books (which are excellent, so there is no pain there)

Best book for people new in sales. I wanted to learn some basics and fundamentals of sales and this book was perfect choice I made. there are no ground breaking ideas but everything in there is easy to understand, read and practical.
