Doesn't fit my iphone 8 as advertised.
Item was NOT customized. Not Personalized. Company said item is non-returnable and non-refundable. The case is defective. Can't use phone's buttons - Volume, ON/OFF. etc. What a rip-off!

I bought it for my daughter’s phone. Adorable and just as pictured. When it came in I kinda wished I had ordered another with my name. It’s very cute.

Case does not fit
The elastic band which is supposed to go around the cell phone and case is NOT elastic. Does not fit at all. When my daughter and I were trying so hard to put in place, the original phone protector got cracked and damaged. The worst the case ever. Not only money wasted for buying, the damaged protector has to be replaced now. Do not buy it.

One drop in a cushion seat with this case and the phone broke
It doesn’t protect the phone. Cute case but so sad the phone broke immediately after using it because it doesn’t protect.
