The only downside is that the bands that hold the reading glasses is too big and the glasses can fall off when not in use. The rubber loops kept sliding open and my glasses would slip out. No matter how much I tightened the loops, they slipped back open. Eventually one of them broke. I will replace them with metal clips.Update, August 2020: This lovely chain has held up great and is one of my favorite chains.
