Great Value Soy Milk Powder...Just wish it was Organic
I like this soy milk powder and it is a good value. It dissolves pretty well for my uses, and isn't as chalky as other brands I have tried (such as NOW nutrition and Vitacost). My only gripe is that I wish the Urban Platter Soya Milk used ORGANIC soy beans, as soy beans (in the USA at least) are typically GMO and heavily-sprayed with herbicides like glyphosate. I for one wouldn't mind paying a little extra for organic, but bought this initial bag because there weren't many organic options (only in protein powders, which feel like the consumer is obliged to pay a extra money for small amounts of nutriceuticals, marketing and also, a sturdy expensive plastic container.

Easy and inexpensive way to enjoy soy. I use it for my matcha lattes in the morning.

Separated in minutes
Just received this, followed instructions, mixed well, and within less than two minutes, this is what it looks like. (1st pic) I was happy with Silk unsweet soy, but they stopped selling it near me. I knew this wouldn't be the same, but really can this be right?! Do I just have a bad batch or is this how it really is. I can't drink a glass fast enough to keep it from separating, and it smells. I came back and changed from 2 stars to 3 and for some this might be higher, depending on whether you like the taste and smell of soy. I don't in my milk, I love Silk for that very reason and will keep looking for a shelf stable soy milk that tastes close to Silk unsweet, but after boiling this for a few minutes it no longer separated, even after setting in the fridge overnight. (2nd pic) I will use it in things but still not for a glass of milk or cereal. I found Silk shelf stable and ordered it, hoping it tastes like refrigerated one, but unlike refrigerated, it has other ingredients besides soy beans and water, so this does have a place in my house.

The price doesn’t add up
I purchased this milk powder on October 4th for $21.99. It worked well for me seeing that I’m lactose intolerant. It’s mixes easily without lumps, and it doesn’t have any bad aftertaste. The content is 35.27 ounces. On November 14th I tried to purchase the same product the price was $32.99 plus $4.99 for shipping. I didn’t buy it I switched to other milk. I will still give it a 4 star

A little hard to dissolve
It's very difficult to fully dissolve the powder. I blend it with soy milk for added protein in a high speed blender before making soy yogurt but the end result is still a little grainy. Maybe heating the mixture will help it fully dissolve.

I have been using this for over a year now and I love it. It produces a great tasting milk.

I've repeated my order for this over last many months. This has replaced my requirement of regular milk altogether. Be it for milk substitute or in tea or kheer. It requires hot water to dissolve into and then mixes very well. Better and cheaper alternative to regular milk

Wonderfully finest ground soya milk flour, saving the mother cows made pregnant non stop for milk/cheese produce, simply stir it with fresh water into a paste with 2 teaspoons, then add tea/coffee. Also use from paste with vegetarian oxo cubes etc for gavry, stock sauces, in cake mixes for milk replacement, etc.

I have tried several brands of soymilk powder and this is the one that dissolves consistently (if heated) and creates a uniform and nice taste. It's super nutritious and supplements the protein intake. Would highly recommend this.
